In the main villa, the ground floor welcomes you with an entrance hall leading to a loggia, as well as a large 32 m2 room featuring an arch that elegantly separates the billiard room from the living room. On the upper floor, you will find a small lounge area complete with an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV, along with a fully equipped kitchen fitted with five hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a freezer, as well as a dining table for shared meals. This floor hosts 4 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. One of the double bedrooms also features its own open-hearth fireplace, and 2 of the double bedrooms each have a dedicated shower, bidet, and WC. Additionally, 1 of the bedrooms provides access, via a 1.2 m height opening, to a loft room furnished with a rattan lounge. An extra single bed can be added to one of the bedrooms for an additional charge. 2 further shower, bidet, and WC facilities are available on the upper floor, and the panoramic views of the surrounding countryside from this level are truly breathtaking.
