Beautiful Luxury Waterfront Home in Walden on Lake Conroe!

Come and relax at our beautiful” Family Lake House”!! Our property is located in the charming town of Walden with a beautiful view of the open water but still safe to swim we have the best spot on Lake Conroe! The house has all the amenities you need and convenient to boat launch for your boat and jet skis! In addition private boat launch at the property if needed. The Walden Restaurants and the Marinas are just couple of minutes away. We have a beautiful deck for you to enjoy or simply sit under our porch and sip on some great wine! You will love gazing at the stars and listening to the waves from our extra large luxury hot tub located on ourl deck right by the water!Our house has 3 bedroom suites perfect for multiple couples or a large family. The house has 1 master bedroom with a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and on the third floor there is a very large bedroom with two twin beds adult size and sitting area. All bedrooms are in suite with private bathrooms that have been fully remodeled and we have completely updated and remodeled all our leaving areas as well! Compare other homes with same futures as well waterfront location to appreciate the amazing value we offer to all our guests! Come visit and stay with us you will love our “Family Lake House”.
Please note the maximum occupancy of this property is 6 to stay overnight at any time . There are no exceptions unless approved by the owner. Additional visitors during the day is limited to 6 at any time . This property can not be used for any kind of party since there are heavy restriction on the HOA so consequently this requirement is strictly monitored by HOA raptesentative and owner. Please must notify owner in advance if bringing your boat or jet skis , you can anchor or dock by my deck or keep at the private launch marina or driveway! To all our potential guests is a private residence and since this is our private residence please only book if you are considerate of our guests expectations! Benvenuti!

We couldn’t control the A/C ourselves. The owner controlled it remotely. It was set on 75 all day and turned down at night. It wasn’t a big deal for us because we spent afternoons with friends down the street. The next door neighbors were very loud and stayed outside very late.

Relaxing Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The beds were very comfortable, and we felt there was ample space for our group of six. Hot tub overlooking the lake was a great feature. Nicely updated bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own private bath. Very nice property, and the owner was very accommodating.

Texas Lake House For Spring Break

Our family stayed at the lake house over our kids spring break the past week. It was a great getaway for our family. Lake Conroe provided lots of bass and catfishing for the boys. The hot tub was used every night. We were able to drive to the gulf, NASA, and a concert at the Toyota Center just a couple hour drive depending on traffic. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals and we used the propane grill, too. The beds were comfy and fit our family. Plenty of bathrooms. Thank you for having our family for the week!

Grateful for Monica

The host Monica is a wonderful person. We stayed the second time at Monica’s due to a family funeral we were in town for. Monica was the most welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The home sits right on the lake w a hot tub waterside. Star gazing and just relaxing w family on the back porch is fantastic. The home was perfect for our group of 6. We most definitely will be back! Thanks again Monica.

Beautiful home, I highly recommend!

Our family stayed at this home for 5 nights while we were there visiting family in Willis. It was wonderful! This home is so nice, clean, well decorated and cared for and felt homey. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. Each room has its own bathroom which was wonderful. The backyard view is beautiful and the large hot tub is literally right next to the water by the dock. It’s was so relaxing and very clean. The area/other homes around the property is very nice and there were deer all over as we drove to/from the property. Monica was amazing. She was very responsive and kind and it made our over all experience awesome and memorable. I would highly recommend this home. If available on our next trip we will stay there again. Thank you Monica for opening up your beautiful home for others to enjoy!!

Fantastic Lake get away

We stayed over the weekend to go to the Texas Rennaissance festival, but it seems fishing from the dock was the most fun for all. The property is beautifully appointed and exactly as described. It was lovely to sit on the deck in the morning and watch the deer stroll by. The hostess was very attentive and also very accommodating. Definitely on the list for a repeat visit at some point.

Weekend getaway

We booked this house for a weekend getaway so we could have some lake time to relax as well as visiting the Renaissance Festival. This home is well taken care of, beautiful property. And I cannot say enough about the owner of the home. Monica communicated well, and was great. Her home was so welcoming, and what a view and even a beautiful hot tub. We spent time swimming in the lake which was so nice in October! Highly suggested!

July 4th to Remember

Grew up boating on Lake Conroe with great coves to spend a day boating. This is no longer Lake Conroe of my youth as it has been completely populated and overgrown. The property has been updated inside, so don't let the outside fool you when you drive up. Beds are all comfortable, bathrooms and linens were great, and the kitchen is well stocked. Lots of stairs as it is multilevel and stairs to access bedrooms are steep so probably not great for elderly or young kids. Great location to boat out from and see the fireworks, but beware that the water can get pretty rough as it is not a protected cove by any means. We ended up using the neighborhood boat launch to launch our boat each day instead of anchoring or tying off to their dock/pier.

Fun group cooking

The house is lovely and kitchen allowed for multiple simultaneous chefs. TV was easy to figure out for Olympic watching. Comfy beds. Will be fun to return when temps low enough to embrace hot tub.

This lake house is just as beautiful and cozy as the pictures provided show it to be. Perfect amenities to enjoy the lake or just being outdoors. Monica, the owner, was very easy to communicate with ahead of the trip as well as during the trip. This was the perfect place for our girls weekend away.

Fantastic family getaway

We had a great stay at this house. Everything we needed and then some were ready when we arrived. The owners are beyond helpful and ensured everything for a great stay. Classy stay

Beautiful house with a wonderful hostess. You are right on the water so enjoy the atmosphere. Not necessarily recommended for young children as there are many breakables throughout the house. Also not for elderly with limited mobility as all bedrooms are upstairs. But for others you will live this house
