We booked a 3 night stay. Front desk clerk was amazing. First day we returned to our key not working. On our second day we were asked to come back to the room and move a few rooms down because they were having issues with our room. I came back from what I was doing to move 3 rooms down. The room was not as well keep as the first. Caulking from around the tub was hanging off in large strips and mold. Checking out I waited forever for someone to come. An employee even told the owner I was waiting and he made no effort to get up and check me out so I just left the key card.

The staff was very helpful. The room had a little bit of dirt around the bathroom door facing at the bottom. The tub caulking needed a little bit of attention. The water pressure in the shower was great. Thank you.

Everything was good, but my only problem was that I was told before arrival to bring my Veteran ID and would be given a discount. When I checked in, I showed my ID and was told I had been given the discount, but I was actually never given the discount. I was charged the full amount for the room.
