Check-in is not the easiest. I a text message saying our room was ready, arrived, and the door code would not work. Come to find out later. It’s because we weren’t officially checked in even though I had received a text message saying so. After getting in the front door, we went up to our room and the door would not unlock again because we weren’t officially checked in even though I’ve gone through the process online. The front desk attendant assured us it was unlocked, had to go back upstairs. It was knocked. Then had to come back downstairs to get him to come up. He tried it, and it would not unlocked for him. He had to reset it.
Again, not a huge deal, but not the easiest of check-in’s and definitely needs improvement
