Room was clean but very noisy as we were right above the HVAC/air conditioning units which regularly cut in and out every five minutes or so. I asked to be moved but hotel was full. Night supervisor said he would move us to an adjacent hotel but when we got there, we were told they were also full. Tried another property but again it was full. This was a holiday weekend, so we weren’t surprised. Ended up back in the same room. Was told that the day manager would be in touch in the morning. When we checked out, the manager offered to credit us the cost of the parking ($25). Was disappointed but we had booked through Expedia, so again not surprised. Said she would give us 1,000 Marriott points for the inconvenience. This is a beautiful hotel and we would definitely stay there again, but not in that room. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, staff were friendly and is very clean with very comfortable beds, so overall it was a good experience, other than the noise issue.

Easy Check in. Pleasant staff & easy parking. Good food & bar. Room was clean but not many amenities inside. We had booked for an extra sleep arrangement & the couch was not made up and most uncomfortable. However, the room was quiet considering it was next to the airport. Very convenient.
