Wonderful stay , great location 45 min from City Centre of Montreal but no problems heading back to the hotel , i understand if you like be in Downtown but for me i love quiet and safe places during my stays . And this hotel the location was perfect thanks again ..The breakfast umm the only complain ..

My Experience at Holiday Inn Montreal Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. After a long day of work and travel, I was surprised to find no facial tissues in the room and no bottled water provided for drinking or making coffee. When I called the front desk—after waiting several minutes—I was told to come down myself to pick up tissues. For water, I was told I could buy a bottle from the vending machine for $2. It also seemed that during the night there was only one staff member handling everything: reception, phone calls, and guest requests, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this brand and price. I paid a high rate expecting proper service, but I did not find even the basic amenities. Overall, it was an unsatisfactory experience, and I would not stay here again.

The facility was nice itself but something like the sofa in the rooms could use an upgrade. The walls are to thin so noise neighbours kind of ruin the experience. The breakfast was good and variety for everyone. They have a gym and pool although we didn’t use them during stay.

Kind staff, especially the young lady at front desk who was super helpful and offered exceptional client service. Pool was nice and breakfast also good. Many lunch and dinner options next door plus IGA grocery next door steps away.
