Property is well located for walking and dining. Very quiet and spacious room in small hotel. Breakfast is American continental only. You can walk down the block and eat in Best Western restaurant for extraordinary and reasonably priced brunch. Dunn’s smoked meats for dinner is close by as well

The style of this boutique hotel is still very unique but it is slowly starting to show the impact of time… not as clean as before and the furniture is starting to show its age.

The room was perfect, clean and spacious, design was beautiful exactly what we were looking for. Dislike I would have to say staff at reception, not sure if this was just a coincident but staff at reception desk were dressed very casually and wearing a baseball cap, looked more like a guess than staff. But hotel had a boutique feeling and was very nice, would stay there again.

Déception

Hôtel bien situé, avec décor sympa et ayant un certain cachet. Utilisation intense de parfums d'ambiance pour camouffler des odeurs d'égout dans les chambres. Petits déjeuners n'ayant rien avoir avec ce que le site web propose : vaisselle et ustensiles jetables, sélection de fruits très limitée, viennoiseries écoulées après 8 am, pain commercial bas de gamme, café du costco. Personnel inapte à régler les problèmes de chambre ou au déjeuner. Dans la 1re suite qui nous a été offerte, il y avait une odeur nauséabonde d'égout. On nous assigné une chambre en surclassement qui a fait l'affaire. Par contre, ils ont omis de nous dire qu'il fallait rechanger de chambre le 2e soir. La chambre offerte le 2e soir ne correspondait pas à notre réservation, en plus d'avoir un lavabo de salle de bain qui fuyait, et une vue sur l'envers de panneaux commerciaux. Expérience client médiocre. Personnel amateur. Nous n'y retournerons pas et ne conseillons à personne.

Disappointing experience

Definitely not a great place. Cleanliness was not great, dirty and dusty floors, hair in the sink, the trays were soaps and shampoo were displayed were full of toothpaste stains. The worse was the water pressure. I asked about it and they sent a gentleman that scraped calcium deposits from the sink spout which fixed the issue there but could not fix the pressure in the shower. There was barely enough water coming out of the shower head to get wet. He just gave me towels and left. They didn’t offer any solution like switching rooms or anything. The only upside of the place is the location.
