Little Périgord Paradise with Spa and Vegetable Garden

Single-storey house with 3 bedrooms and garage, located in the countryside 17 km from Périgueux. Enclosed 2500 m² garden with trees, slide, ping-pong table, plancha, barbecue, pergola, and summer lounge. Large vegetable garden available for your home cooking, with cicadas and crickets providing a musical background.



The pool is currently unavailable due to planned garden works. Thank you for your understanding. However, one 6-person spa session per day is offered for your relaxation.



Accommodation

Eco-friendly, welcoming, and zen house! The enclosed garden is ideal for children, and the vegetable garden is open to all to share or cook the day’s harvest. Living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, WC, 3 bedrooms, fridge and freezer reserved for guests.



Environment and recommendations

House in the countryside, surrounded by greenery and woods, in the heart of Périgord Blanc. Easy access to caves, castles, museums, lakes, rivers, amusement parks, picturesque villages, markets, and prehistoric sites. Highway 4 km away, train station and shops 5 km. Greenway 2 km for cycling, walking, rollerblading, running. River 1 km for canoeing and kayaking. Hiking trails start from the house.



Other remarks

Baby equipment on request (high chair, cot, stroller, etc.) as well as outdoor games for children (swing, scooters, balls, tricycles…). In July and August, check-out possible until 6 pm. Bed linen and towels included. Cleaning not included (service available for an extra fee). Air conditioning available for an extra fee and depending on the length of stay. Washing machine can be used once a week for stays of at least one week.



Eco-friendly house: please use dishwasher and machines during off-peak hours (midnight-8 am). I live in a small adjoining house and remain available if needed.
