The location is good, overlooking Lake Geneva, lots of restaurants, near the train station. Breakfast was good (Self Service} but even better if they will offer some fresh fruits and cold meats too. Receptionist is not very friendly when we arrived. They let us leave our luggages after check out. Comfortable bed, spacious. The shower curtain doesn’t help stopping the water coming out, we had to dry the floor after taking a shower.

What a beautiful location to be right on the lake front promenade. Very relaxing and lots to do around the area. The front desk was very helpful with restaurant options.

What a great place to spend a single night in Montreal. Close to the train, and right on the lake. An unbeatable location. Plentiful breakfast at a reasonable price (for Switzerland). Friendly and helpful staff with a great sense of humour.

Our bathroom had a very strong sewer smell that didn't go away and made the rest of the room smell if you left the door open. The room was a bit dingy and older but seemed to be clean. And they had a portable AC unit in there, sounded like a white noise machine but kept the room cool. The hotel was close to the bus lines and train station and is a great location to explore Montreux on foot.

Perfect location with everything walking distance. We booked a room with a balcony and the views were amazing! There was an air con unit in the room which was greatly appreciated. The rooms are a little tired but the beds were comfy and the service was great.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed linen was nice and clean. Bathroom was clean and towels were very soft and clean. Location is great. Only drawback is there is no attendant after 8 pm so you must remember the code given to you at the time of check in , in order to go in and out of the hotel at night or you would be stuck outside. I strongly recommend that the hotel should display an emergency 24 hr number on their main door outside if guests get stuck outside for any reason past 8 pm. Also, there was no clear communication to us on how to check in past 8 pm so we had to make sure we reached the hotel in a hurry while the attendant was still present. Other than that the stay and the room was great.

Fine for one night

This hotel is fine but not particularly inspiring. It’s one step between a love motel In Asia and a Hampton Inn. It’s just not high end but totally fine for a night. I was here during the jazz festival and off to the airport the next day so I just needed a somewhat affordable place and this was it but I wouldn’t stay here again as a first choice. The front desk woman is awesome though.

A neat, clean three star property. What I didn’t like was that the hotel had no intercom and no one at the reception after 7 or so in the evening. That is a safety hazard too and not great for me as a guest either.

The room is fair size but the air conditioning unit is rather small and noisy. The pillows are hard. The room has no fridge or safe box. The towels are old and been around for a long time. I would rate it less than a two stars hotel in North America standard. Smelly washroom. The price is outrageous. We paid over $700 Canadian dollar per night.

Best location for the montreaux jazz festival in 2025. Lovely staff for check in and help. Loved the deck view of lake. Walked to get fruit sandwiches and enjoyed our lunch on deck. Only suggestion is upgrade bathrooms.

We have NEVER written a bad review about a property. Here it goes. MOLD in all areas of the bathroom. No Air Conditioning. TV did not originally work. Broken lamp. Grit on the floor. Please do not book this hotel EVER. A great location for the Jazz Fest, but that it it! PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY if you have another choice.
