Asked to change to a room with 2 beds because the king bed was so soft every roll over would wake the other one up. Breakfast wasn't ready when the said it was open and was mediocre at best. But the people were nice and accommodating. However, I would not stay there again.

My room was supposed to be non smoking but all I could smell was cigarette smoke. It was so bad that I only stayed one night instead of the two I had paid for.

Rooms were old and outdated. I switched rooms to one that had just been partially renovated. A lot of workers hanging out that were doing the. Renovation. It just did not have a good vibe to it. The staff were exceptionally friendly and were doing everything they can to help.

My, oh my! Where to begin? You’ll be greeted by a pair of mattresses outside in the rain (hopefully awaiting disposal) and a flurry of folks with fifths in hand headed inside! Filthy doors, walls, and curtains, fixtures… I could go on, but the pictures will speak volumes for themselves. $100 per night in the off-season is crazy business!

I chose this hotel based on reviews of past visitors to the hotel. I'm not sure if these were old reviews, but was disappointed in the condition of the room. Desk was broken and looked like it was ready to collapse, bathroom was old and dingy. It may have been clean, but the appearance spoke otherwise. The entry door had settled probably due to the age of the hotel, but you could clearly see light around the door. Even though the door had a deadbolt, I did not feel confident it would be of any use. I did not feel comfortable leaving my laptop or any other valuable while staying here. They are fixing up the ceiling in the main portico, but really should invest in a remodel of the main office and rooms.

This is an older motel that shows it's age slightly, particularly in the bathroom area, however, everything worked properly. The exterior including the pool area looks very good. It was all very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly.
