The perfect option for our extended stay in Montrose. The house is in a quiet neighborhood minutes from downtown with everything needed to work, cook, and play. We really enjoyed the outdoor space with grill and fire pit. The game room was a great amenity as well.

The owners communication was great and the place was perfect! They thought of everything! The beds were very comfortable and it was a great base for our sightseeing in Ouray and Telluride and the Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP! One of the better VRBO’s we’ve stayed at! It was perfect, exactly what we needed for our time in Montrose. My husband and I had to work and there was a desk in the primary bedroom and the kitchen worked great as an additional workspace as well. The owners were very communicative, and the house was very well-appointed. There were even Yeti dog bowls for Big Bertha! Very close to downtown and restaurants, which was quite convenient. Although we did a lot of cooking at home and had what we needed to cook a proper meal. Would definitely stay here again, and would suggest you give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

Excellent Stay in Montrose

This property was in a great location (appeared to be new development) and was extremely clean and nicely decorated. My husband and I didn't use the game room but it looked like it would be great for kids. The hosts were easy to contact and very accommodating. My favorite part was the lake down the street; it was very relaxing to walk down there and see and hear the birds enjoying the setting. We were very satisfied with our stay here!
