Sarah that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Our stay was great until the last night. I woke up at seven in the morning to the biggest cockroach I’ve ever seen crawling on the bed right next to my face. At that point the trip was over and we checked out early.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The view of the ocean was amazing. We didn’t have our pets with us but the pets we did see were under control by their owners .

Assigned a room on first floor on top of the garbage containers, reason given was I booked through Expedia. Front desk did move me to the other side of building. Building is very old and doesn’t give a sense of cleanliness. Rates charged are higher than rooms in Italy during high season. Never again!

Balcony was very shallow - not wide enough to sit comfortably on. The threshhold of the glass sliding doors leading out to the balcony is an unmarked tripping hazard. The spacing of the bars out on the balcony is too wide. TV had few channels available without extra charge.

Carpet wasn't the cleanest, had a suite, very big pretty sure the biggest room on the property, found a roach, but easily could have crawled in from one of my two balconies, but its crazy pricey for snacks!!! 2 small bags of m&ms and 2 candy bars was a dub you pay a G for 2 nights, shouldn't be raped on candy. Also the tub drain was broken and won't drain or stay popped up. Luckily i was a plummer. Honestly, i fell the whole property is waaaaayyyyy over priced. Im fortunately financially blessed so im not nit picking. But kinda felt ghetto. Bty. Rooms aren't that nice. Thanks for the 2 complimentary bottles of water. Lmao. Choose different next time.
