Nice quite area

This was our second vacation here. It a beautiful quite area. The front porch early morning with coffee is so relaxing . Theres a down stairs bedroom. Perfect for those don't want to climb the stairs lol. The back deck is great for grilling. Threres a washer and dryer so you canwash out swim suits after a day at the beach .

It was a wonderful stay an we enjoyed every minute, but we couldn't reach Billy, the host, at any time or for any question. Nor by mail, neather by phone. This was a little problem because we had imported questions. We could not find the beach, which does not exist by the way, nor the restaurants... And the only thing which has to be replaced is a pan and a pot

Clean and plenty of room

Billy was an a amazing host. He made sure we were good the entire time we were there. This house was perfect for our family. We only wish the cable got more channels but we were happy with it no doubt. We would definitely stay there again.

Peaceful Neighborhood Gem

Tucked back in a quiet residential neighborhood, you'll enjoy the beauty surrounding this classic home - reminiscent of a by-gone era. The mature trees, large yard & wrap-around porch provide privacy & plenty of room for outdoor enjoyment. Inside rooms were spacious, very clean & the kitchen well-equipped. This was our 2nd stay in this home and we look forward to another.

Great stay and great owner!

Me and my family rented this beautiful vacation home check in on Saturday left tue Billy was great he gave us places to take the kids we enjoyed our visit the house was really nice and lot's of room for our 4 kids we enjoyed staying there. Big yard for the kids to do stuff very peaceful to there. Thinking about coming back again for another family vacation there.

Great weekend getaway!

Overall great stay for our quick weekend getaway. House was comfortable, had everything we needed, was quiet and secluded like the listing advertised, and was a perfect space for kids (big yard, good size home with multiple rooms/beds); we traveled with our 18 month old and the house was large enough for him to roam when we were inside, yard was large enough for him to run, kick his soccer balls, and mow with his bubble mower. We also prefer quiet and secluded areas, and don’t mind traveling to whatever we want to do, so the quick 15 minutes to Cedar Island or 40 minutes to Harkers Island (take the ferry to Shackleford Banks or Cape Lookout!) was perfect. Finally, as other reviewers confirmed, Billy was exceptional, responsive, and welcoming. We would stay again!!
