On the lower level, your eyes are immediately drawn to the spacious yard and path down to the private dock. The lower level has a second living space with a cozy sectional couch, a kitchen with an eat-in dining table, and a primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom (walk-in shower only). A large patio area provides outdoor dining for 6, in addition to a wood pellet grill and cocktail table, before walking down to the private deck and boat dock to enjoy the lake.
