Please Note:

*** A signed renter agreement is required upon booking. Additionally, a security deposit of $500 will be required for your stay. It is placed 2 days before arrival and released after check out as long as the house rules + check out instructions are followed and there is no intentional damage.

*** Four-wheel drive is typically not required to access the property. However, during winter conditions when snow or ice is present, a 4WD or AWD vehicle may be necessary. We recommend checking the local weather forecast prior to arrival and planning accordingly.

*** We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the trash bins, with no loose trash, to avoid a $100 fine.

*** Please be aware of the local wildlife around the cabin, including but not limited to; insects, bees, deer, bears, and snakes. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside, and be cautious when walking in the area.

*** Indoor fireplace(s) are seasonal use only October-April. Outdoor gas fire table + wood burning fire pit available year-round (starter firewood provided)
