The room was clean, and the breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly. When I checked in Thomas was working and he provided excellent customer service. He asked what floor we preferred, suggested a restaurant, and found me a spoon. The lady working the breakfast kept it stocked and asked if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again.

Staff was absolutely fantastic and friendly even when we were checking in later in the evening. Rooms were clean and fairly up to date. For the price it was worth it. Wish there was a fan in the bathroom for the humidity!

The hotel was great! The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was good. The room was clean. But, if you’re looking at booking this hotel because it has an indoor pool. And it’s in the winter months, you may want to think twice. My daughter her friend and I went down to the pool on the evening we checked in. And I should have known when we walked into the pool room and the temperature in there was not very warm at all. But the pool was so cold it would take your breath away. Other than that our stay was great.
