The room itself was extremely dirty. The bathroom smelled horrible of mildew and there was mold in the shower. There was also only 2 towels and the pillows for the beds were very small. There was also lots of random dust and dirt on the floors. Lastly, the side door didn’t work and you had to use a rock in order to get back in to not have to walk back around to the front. After seeing how high this hotel was rated, I definitely expected a lot better.

We had car trouble. while we waited for the tow, the desk staff tried to help jump the battery, and gave us drinks while we waited. When we had to spend an extra night and the nearby restaurant was closed they ensured we knew who would deliver food. The next morning, one of the staff gave us a ride to the repair shop to pick up the car, Thank you!

The property lobby was beautiful. The beds were super comfortable. The staff was very nice. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and delicious. I have appointments coming up in the area and will be booking another stay soon.

We had a 3:00 check-in and arrived at 6 pm. (3 hours later than check-in!) We were given a room with a dirty bathroom, no towels, and garbage in the cans. We alerted the front desk and someone came 45 minutes later to clean our room. They were very apologetic.

Stayed 2 nights for parents weekend at WVU. First thing I noticed when opened room door, the smell. Fresh and clean!!! The room was immaculate. The bed was extremely comfortable. Checking in was seamless. I needed a couple extra towels and bedding for pull out. 5 minutes and were delivered. Ive stayed at 2 other suites in area. Never again. Will stay here for now on!
