Very cozy and great place to stay! We really enjoyed sleeping here during our family visit during Thanksgiving week. Jerry was very communicative and easy to work with. We had zero problems or complaints with the unit. As advertised, will come back!

Nice boat on a really Great Lake. Dock also has reasonably priced boat rentals. Neighbors are good people. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again. Maritza loved feeding the ducks and fish while we grilled on the back deck.

Best experience I have had renting someone else’s property. The owner made him self available and checked in to see if I needed anything the next day. I had left something at the place and he was accommodating to help me get back my item. I highly recommend this rental.

Quick trip to visit family

My 5-year-old and I travelled from IN to TN to visit with my mom, but I wanted us to have our own space. Stay at Cherokee Park was amazing. The park is beautiful! The safety I felt with a coded gate to the dock was unmatched! The rental is more house than boat which is great. Cozy and very clean, just wish it wasn't so humid while we were there, waking up on the lake was breathtaking.

Exceeded our expectations! Host is excellent at communicating, houseboat is beautiful inside and out. Bed and couches are very comfortable for sleeping! Thankful for a fan available in the bedroom. Our favorite was sitting on the back deck and even a fishing pole available to cast.

Peaceful, relaxing stay

Lovely little houseboat on Cherokee Lake. Located on a quiet and friendly dock. Everything about the stay was refreshing and it was very unique staying in a home on the water. The lake was very peaceful at night and the neck out back really helped unwind. Hidden gem of a place to stay.

Retreat at the Lake

I was here to stay near an ill friend and wanted a quiet place to unwind after being with her in the hospital all day. This gem was absolutely perfect. Spotless, comfortable, quiet, with the owner nearby and very responsive. I will most definitely be back.
