I would rather have the individual travel size lotion and stuff. Did not like the large Bottle of lotion, shampoo and soap that was anchored to walls. Also do not like the bedspread duvet cover that everyone uses did not feel they are clean.

Our room was extremely hot Not to mention the curtains don’t cover the whole window so first thing in the morning the sun was blaring in The street light also was bright all night through the window

Very Clean, well maintained property with terrific staff! The front desk personnel were very friendly and accommodating. We ended up extending our original dates and despite having to change room type (due to sell out) the transition was smooth and easy. This hotel is within an hour or so to several attractions and parks surrounding the beautiful Smokies. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

The room doors were so very heavy for this 75 year old. How the heck I managed was super natural. When I asked at the desk about it; the clerk responded, “I’ve not heard of any complaints about our doors.” REALLY! Well now you have!!!!!
