Located on the first and top floor of the building, it opens onto a spacious hallway leading to a WC, a master bedroom with two 90 cm x 200 cm beds, a large wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom (shower). The second bedroom has two 90 cm x 200 cm beds and ample storage space. It shares a bathroom (shower) with the "coin montagne," which features two bunk beds (90 cm x 190 cm).

The kitchen is fully equipped and designed to make preparing both simple and more elaborate meals easy. It opens onto the main living space, a convivial area with a large dining table and a warm living room, perfect for relaxing after an active day in the mountains. The entire space leads out onto a balcony, offering one of the best views of the village of Morzine and the Pleney ski area.

For added comfort, the apartment includes a private garage (dimensions: L = 5,00 m, l = 2,30 m, h = 2,10 m) equipped with an electrical plug and an electric vehicle charging station, ensuring easy and secure parking. You will also have access to a ski locker with boot dryers and a shared bike storage room.

Included services: bed linens, towels, bath mats, dish towels, a toiletries set, and end-of-stay cleaning. The beds are made in winter, and during the summer, there is an additional charge to have the beds made. The apartment is also a member of the summer Multipass program.

A security deposit of €1000 will be requested 15 days before your stay via a secure link. This amount is neither charged nor blocked, and it will be released automatically at the end of your stay.
