The house was the perfect size for six adults and it had its own boat launch which we used to launch rented Jet skis. The back deck is perfect for gathering and cooling outside. We will definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

Beautiful home and property. The dock was amazing for our boat and 2 Seadoos. The deck and hot tub were perfect for our family to hangout and enjoy. Weather was pretty hot, and the property manager was responsive to our central AC questions. Excellent family vacation! We will definitely book again!

It’s a beautiful property

The owners were very kind. Very responsive to every question we needed answered an more. House is perfectly located to be minutes to the dunes or up lake for the fishing. Will definitely be on the list for a repeat stay. Another bonus is door dash delivers to the location! Was everything we were looking for. 5 stars!

Awesome property with a few snags

The house and property are beautiful and very nice. The backyard and amenities are 5 stars. However we were having some issues with the hot tub not working so that was disappointing… also there was no check in/checkout book or paper info?? Kinda flying blind. Had it been a less inclined person than I they very easily could have not managed to figure out the gas fire pit, bbq, hot tub, complicated entertainment center or tiki torches.

Property was great, awsome fishing off the dock and in a good location. Master bedroom had very poor AC, so it got pretty hot. Keyless entry didnt work, took about 40 minutes to get ahold of the point of contact to enter the house. The hottub wouldnt turn on, and the house was pretty dirty in the common areas i.e kitchen table and counters. No entry book with information on wifi or tv programming. Ammenities should reflect the nightly price. 1200 for 2 nights with nothing working was a bummer.

The house was very nice, but unfortunately it was basically surface cleaned.

The house was a beautiful house and beautiful location but there was lots of dirty stuff in there the counters had crumbs all over them the hood fan had very sick dust all over it there was Mouse Poop in one of the bathroom closets pubic hair on the sheets in the master bedroom stains and dirt all over the exterior parts of the cabinets in the kitchen the internet didn't work and the hot tub was pretty dirty

Maintenance needed

The support slat in the bunkbed in the guest room was broken and unusable. The blinds in guest bedroom also broken. Netflix and most other programs were locked and unusable. Cigarette butts in planters on back deck and dead plants in planters. Overall the maintenance very poor but location very good.

Locks on front door would not lock or operate properly Kitchen and pots and pans were dirty and greasy! 10 to 15 bags of garbage in garage! Outdoor refer not operational BarBQ filthy and not cleaned from previous tenant Deck stained from grease of previous tenants Hot water tank turned off upon arrival, we took care of this Windows filthy Faucet in master does not reach sink unless turned high Hot tub operational but with unusual instructions TV controller missing, only Firestick Generally needs a total top to bottom cleaning inside and out

Super nice house with poor cleanliness

Property was really cool. The kids would have played outside more but the backyard was literally full of dog poop. Had to watch everywhere you stepped. House was not as clean as I would have expected. No extra linens. There was two towels in each bathroom and only four outside towels for the hot tub. The master bathroom was dirty and there was hairballs in the shower. There was only a bottom sheet and the comforter on all of the beds. Would have been nice to have extra sheets. The doorbell was hanging off the wall and there was exposed wires where all the smoke detectors had been. No extra garbage bags to replace the ones we took out.hot tub smelled mildewy. I called and left a message with the property manager and never got a call back from her. The house and property were nice but definitely needed repairs. No brooms or dust pan in the house which made sweeping the floors impossible.

If you have a boat, this is your spot!

We split up a group of 14 plus dogs rather than try to stay in 1 home. This place was fantastic for the boat and dogs as well as a family. The firepit was massive. We had a great night with everyone gathering at it after a family dinner utilizing the outdoor kitchen. 1 of the reasons why we rented this place. The bedrooms were comfy with plenty of space to unpack in walk in closet. There were toys to use in garage which we did not use but was happy for the option. Downside was the hot tub was in title of the listing. Once we got closer to depart i found in 'additional comments' that we were informed hot tub was unavailable. I sent 2 separate messages, one on vrbo and one via email to address that and comments made from previous guests. What were the small appliances in kitchen (never answered), were there enough towels for each guest (bath yes, hand towels, no) were there top and bottom sheets on beds (told yes but there are only sheets on actual bed) was house cleaned before arrival (it was). And finally, what were they going to do about hot tub situation that was boldly in title of house (absolutely nothing). We had great communication when I got there. Our group had an amazing trip. I have stayed in dozens of vrbos. This whole hot tub thing was a first. This should have been addressed earlier. Also, change the listing if it doesn't work.
