Located in Calahonda (Granada), Casa Sueña is a beautifully renovated beach house with several terraces and a solarium.

It is located a few steps from the beach and offers beautiful sea views from any of its terraces.

The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can accommodate 11 people.

Among the on-site amenities are high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning on the ground floor, ceiling fans in the other rooms, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a dryer, a TV and a selection of children's books and toys. The house has a fireplace and heating in winter.

A baby cot is available upon request.

The property boasts a private outdoor area with 2 open terraces, 2 covered terraces and a balcony.

The terraces are well-equipped for dining and relaxing in the shade.

The vacation home is set within 15 driving minutes from Motril and 50 min from Granada. The nearest beach is Calahonda beach.

Beach/pool towels are provided.
