Beautiful townhouse in the heart of Mougins village set in the quiet cobble stone streets a couple of minutes walk to the restaurants and main village square.

The ancient village of Mougins is renowned for its restaurants, art galleries and street sculptures. The townhouse is set among these well maintained and decorated streets.

Enter the house on street level, on the ground floor is the studio/3rd bedroom with a double bed, which also has its own separate entrance from the street.

Upstairs to the living area there is an open plan kitchen with a very comfortable sitting area with a flat screen TV.
The kitchen is well equipped and has a large marble table for 6.

Up another flight of stairs to the bedrooms, the master bedroom is spacious and has a double bed, the second bedroom also has a double bed and from this bedroom there are stairs to access the rooftop terrace.

The rooftop terrace has its own little summer kitchen, a washing machine and a sitting area. Outside sofas, a coffee table and great open views making it the perfect place to have breakfast, day time relaxing and evening drinks.

The village is entirely pedestrian and a few streets away from the townhouse are amazing restaurants and bars, Michelin Star restaurants and several art galleries and boutiques.

The house has wi-fi and air conditioning.

We don't recommend having young children under the age of 6 to stay in the house due to all the stairs or anyone with a knee or health condition which might be impacted by stairs.
