Needs some work
The desk staff was nice. The room and the lobby seemed old. Renovations needed. The desk chair had a hole in it.

The property LOOKS like it's being renovated. I hope it is. Something's are nicely done and upgraded like the laminate floors and dressers. Other things are seriously lacking such as the cracked tile in the bathroom, paint dripped on the floor and tracked across the floor you could see the boot tread that stepped in it! Also for a "non-smoking" property are halfway always reeked of smoke. The mattresses were too small for the bedframes and like sleeping on rocks, my back was in so much pain after just two nights. The staff was extremely friendly though. I do hope they pull everything together because it has great potential.
The staff were super friendly. The customer service was amazing. However, the hotel itself was not one that I would come back too. My room and the hallway smelled terribly of cigarettes. It was so bad my nose was burning in the middle of the night. There was only one working elevator so waiting to get to my Tom was a nightmare. I bought a bag of cops from the lobby and they were stale, like the products are never rotated. Honestly the whole hotel gave the vibe of barely holding together. Don’t get me wrong, for a quick stay it’s not that bad but I wouldn’t stay there again. The only reason I even gave it stars was because of the staff. They were amazing and very friendly.
Decent place to stay, they have breakfast included which is nice but they’re weird about you taking anything back to your room from the dining area. there’s a walmart within walking distance so that was really convenient.
they messed up our booking a little bit (error in their part)
but Linda at the front desk was super nice and helpful !!
they did however double charge me on my credit card, waiting for a refund
Front office staff all of them frie dly and excellent..
Technical service staff is very helpfull because of my tv.
My room is very clean tha k you to housekeeping.
Breakfast staff is nice but I have a complain about one of them who is working on saturday morning.other lady who is working sunday and monday excellent.
On satudayI ate my breakfast and then I haven't any time for that reason I take 1 banana and 2 pieces pancake whith me .becauae I haven't enough time to finish my breakfast for that reason I want to take them.she blocked me very harshly and I was very upset. But other than I left happy.thank you so much for everything.
Every employee was pleasant. One of the two elevators was out of service. Most of the floor tiles in the bathroom were cracked. There was an unpainted section of the ceiling where window treatment covers had been. The front desk staff forgot to hand me back my id, which I did not notice until the next evening checking into a different hotel. When I called the number from google mapsit just rang. I had to drive back to see if they had it. It was in a stack of other ids. They never attempted to contact me.
