We got there, got our room key, and entered our room (2nd floor). Opened the door and the room looked like someone just left. Towels on the floor in the bathroom, a bag of trash on the bed, the bed still disheveled like someone just got out of it. While I went to the desk to get another room, my family noticed bodily fluids (that will not be named) on the ottoman. It took about 20 minutes before we got another room. Had to lug all of our things downstairs, then up stairs, as the new room was also on the second floor. The room was sweltering. Took a day to figure out the thermostat, as all of the directions for use were worn off. I went to the front desk to get towels, and linen for the pull out sofa which was not in the room. It took staff at least 15 minutes to find towels and a blanket. Meanwhile the phone was ringing at the desk, guests were coming in (one of which by the sound of it) also was having an issue with their room not being ready. The staff that dealt with breakfast were wonderful. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Overall, for a hotel that aligns themselves with the Hyatt name, I was EXTREMELY disappointed.

2nd trip different room

The continental breakfast was good. There was a nice variety and the gentleman in the kitchen kepted up and kepted it full. The bed in our room was not comfortable this time as it was last time. It felt like I was sleeping on a brick and the blackout shades were not as good as our last stay.

I liked the area but honestly it wasn’t anything I would recommend or stay at again. I got this place because I was wanting to swim at the pool it was in the 90• during my stay and the pool was closed the two days I stayed. Staff did really seem to have any answers that made any sense. It was full and it didn’t look like anything was wrong with it. The just said it wasn’t going to be open. I heard other guests talking about it it also.

The property was very quiet and safe. Shopping areas were also close by. I would recommend that management does a more thorough check of the rooms because we had to switch rooms. There was a strong smoke odor as soon as we entered, and the coffeemaker was missing. The staff was very apologetic and did not hesitate to offer us another room. I wish I remembered his name. He was very accommodating. He was doing everything: "check-in, repairs, answering phones and questions, just to name a few." I really liked our new room.

So the area was nice but off rip the guy infront was just not helpful . He was just trying to get me out lol . I was asking questions about the area and not communicating at all . I asked about the pool he said yeah that not happening today the storm made us close the pool . I said oh it not raining anymore so maybe later . Mind you it is 3:45 . He said maybe tomorrow . He said they don’t sell any beverages here only during breakfast that it . I went to the room it was nice . Still a bit dirty lol we found a person earring in the carpet my 2 year old stepped on it . Smh the bathroom cieling has mold as well . Other than these things everything was good . Room was spacious

The room layout was good in a two bedroom suite. The carpet is frayed and my sister killed some sort of bug. Check out was quick and so was Check-in but it was midnight so there's that. The kitchen gentleman did a great job keeping the place stocked!

The kitchen and living room area were very functional. The lighting in the reading area was poor. The air conditioning was hard to manage and it was either too hot or too cold. Overall, it seemed that the Hyatt house bought an inferior property and tried to make it look like their brand. We'd rate it 7/10.

The staff were all friendly. I was completely disappointed in the deceptive advertising of a restaurant/lounge that showed pics of all kinds of food. There is no restaurant/lounge at this hotel! It literally does not exist. That was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. I will definitely never stay here again.

Was disappointed that the microwave wasn't working and when brought up to hotel staff nothing was done about it. We had to throw away all the food we had that couldn't warm up quickly. Also, sink kept backing up in one of the rooms and had to wait for it to drain. Other than that, everything was good.
