First off there was hair in the sink, second, place didn't feel clean, third, breakfast was lame and lastly, most importantly, the smoke detector had a dead battery and was beeping all night I won't be returning

5.00 dollars for parking is crazy for a local hotel not in a city and you make a security deposit of 250 dollars is even worse not even being a resort you need to rethink your policy’s. Would never recommend this place

Ian and the rest of the staff were amazing. There was a little snafu during check-in seeing as we booked a two bedroom suite and needed the first floor. My mother is mobility challenged so they rearrange some things and gave us each our own room. this was so helpful.

I have stayed here twice now and each time no complaints. There are simple things wrong like a door that is hard to open or air blowing thru the door. But other than those small things we will continue to stay here when we are in the arena.
