I had booked my room in advance and was about to be given a different room, that lack the accessibility I needed... that's when I showed the clerk my printed reservation and got the room that I reserved. I also notice that a staff member was not as friendly to a guest, when he was asking for clean towels on the day of checking out.

Very dirty Smelled like cigarette smoke No towels Bed sheets dirty , bed sheets had holes from cigarettes . Mold in shower and around toilet Says smoke free , hotel staff smoking . Absolutely disgusting I would not recommend staying at this place .

It was supper duty and stinky the bed was not clean and i went to change the room and they gave me another one but it was dirty and no towel in the bathroom to get a shower.
