Check-in took over 30 minutes, and there was only one person ahead of me. They had big problems with their room, and the front desk staff connected them to some off-site management person. While they were on the phone for 15 minutes, they could have easily checked me in, but did nothing. Then as the customer with the gripes finished her call, she decided to turn around to me and tell me all about it, at which point the girl at the front desk began to assist a lady who had walked in behind me, rather than calling me up to be served. Totally inappropriate and inconsiderate! There is a definite need for more training and customer service here.
