Dust everywhere throughout the room. No do not disturb sign, and the room was out of Kleenex. Went and asked for both things, and they seemed inconvenienced to provide. They said we wouldn’t be having the room serviced the next day, so no sign was needed as they didn’t have any at the front desk. Asked for Kleenex, and was going to give us just a random open box instead of getting a new one for us. After pushing them to do so, we did end up getting a new box, but they seemed like they didn’t want to do their job (wasn’t asking for much) The toilet was clogged, and a housekeeper just handed us a plunger to plunge ourselves. Not that I would use the coffee pot in the room, but there was no pot in the coffee maker when we arrived, and that area was a disgusting mess. Looked like it was never restocked or cleaned. Cups that were in the room weren’t individually wrapped (don’t know if they are normally), but that is very unsanitary. The kids enjoyed the pool, and the breakfast was fine, but I don’t think we would stay here again, especially not for the price I paid. ($691 for two nights!!!!)

The entire staff was very friendly. We were very impressed with the staff when checking in and out and the lady that was working in the morning filling the breakfast items. She was very attentive and made sure everything was always filled. Also, the room was very clean. If we need to stay in Mt. Pleasant again, we will definatley be staying here.

Part of the time, our bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine. There was one outlet that would hardly hold a plug in at the top or the bottom. The pullout couch bed was absolutely horrible.

Comfortable stay.

Comfortable room with plenty of space. I enjoyed the separate seating area with the separate television so that I didn’t have to sit on or lay on my bed to watch TV. I could actually sit on a small sofa.

Nice clean hotel. Our room had a funny smell but we checked in too late and were too tired to do anything about it. For the price for one night I didn’t expect the room to smell like wet feet. Breakfast had lots of options.

We stay at this property when we come to visit my child who is at CMU. You cannot beat the price and the breakfast is pretty good. The only issue we have had there is that the sheets in the comforters don't really fit the beds. We had a king bed this past weekend and The sheets were definitely not King sheets and it was not a king comforter. The other issue we had was that a family came in at 10:30 at night on Saturday and their children proceeded to run amok all over the third floor and they were playing hide and go seek in the stairwell and it took forever for them to quiet down. I feel like the staff should have been a little more aggressive with explaining to them that they should be courteous.
