When snowing , the city does not allow street parking due to snow removal trucks - CARS WILL BE TOWED BY THE CITY IF PARKED ON MAIN ST....PLEASE PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY.
Tip: If it snows, its best to park at the beginning of the driveway, so it’s easier to reverse onto the street that is always snow plowed by the city. If needed, snow shovels are provided on the porch.

Pet-Friendly: We welcome pets with a small pet fee $75.00. Pet approval is at our discretion. Never leave pet unattended in cottage unless crated. Please keep pets off furniture and bedding, and remove pet waste from the yard before check-out.

The two bedrooms sleep up to 5 guests, with 2 high-quality queen beds (one with a 12-inch memory foam mattress) and 1 twin bed. The living room offers comfortable seating, including a Lazyboy recliner and leather couches, with a Sony 72-inch SMART TV for your enjoyment.

Outdoor Spaces:
Relax in the private, fenced-in front and backyards, ideal for pets and children. The picnic area, BBQ, and table offer the perfect setting for outdoor meals or simply unwinding in the fresh mountain air. The front porch provides a serene spot to watch the world go by.

Snow Removal Notice:
During snowy conditions, please be aware that street parking is prohibited due to snow removal regulations. Vehicles parked on Main Street will be towed by the city. To ensure easy access, we recommend parking at the beginning of the driveway, which leads to a snow-plowed street.
