Overall, the conditions of our cabin was fair. We found trash under our bed, the refrigerator was dirty and had to be wiped out before we could put our food in, the coffee maker was dirty, and there were spiders on the bed. Also, a loose board on our deck caused both of us to trip a couple of times. The hostess at check in was very nice. The restaurant was enjoyable.
The cabin itself was very nice and lots of room. We had a 3 bedroom cabin. Everything we would need was inside. The quietness was wonderful. Downside: WiFi was in and out ( mostly out), the store controlled the cabins and if you needed more towels you had to trade in your used ones to get more; which is fine but this place had some crazy hours. On a Monday they didnât open until 11am and then closed at 5pm so when we got back from hiking trails, we went to trade in towels for a shower and they had already been closed for an hour (yes partly my fault I should have looked at the times). Even with the couple downsides I would stay again just for the quiet and peacefulness.
Great view. Need mirror in one of the rooms. Only mirror is in bathroom. Shower water pressure wasn't great. But overall, very satisfied. Living area was very roomy. Beds comfortable. Didn't cook but kitchen was nice. Ate dinner at Anglers Restaurant. It was good. Loved Blanchard Springs Caverns. Highly recommend for anyone to go.
