Sarcastic front desk staff. No phone in each room. Went outside the room to call the front desk but no one picked up the phone. This is an extreme no-frill hotel. Everything got to charge including extra pillow or towel. The rate in Expedia is the same as walk-in if not worse

Spacious room

Very spacious rooms with a restaurant below and a supermarket. Rooms are very clean. Only issues is the TV channels. Very limited tv channels in room. About 4 channels only. All are Malaysian channels. Could have included some movies channels or sports channels. Disappointing TV only. The rest are very commendable.

The room cleanliness is acceptable, the bedsheet was found with some stains on it, the towels were smelly (like not properly dried), the aircon blew direct to the bed, make the sleep is uncomfortable, the soundproof is very bad, you can hear the vehicles noise outside. The front desk workers did not wear the mask properly and one of them didn't wear at all.

Asked not to come in for cleaning but still come in our room when we are not around. Water heater totally not functioning. But the service of their receptionist was good. Thank you.
