Good location to get around but service and staff attention has started to lack a bit as have stayed in this Hotel many times

Staff at this hotel are fantastic the food is very good but the first floor pool area was dirty they need to clean the area and pool everyday as other hotels.the club lounge is good but the rooms don’t have that fresh feel after being cleaned which you get at other 5star hotels.

WORST AFTER SALES

I booked 2 rooms with breakfast for my boss and my colleague in this hotel. Upon check in they were advised that they need dont have breakfast on the reservation and they need to pay. My boss paid for 2 breakfasts. I have been sending email and calling the hotel for almost 2 weeks, but they have been transferring my call from one person to another person. No response to the email. I spoke with one of the receptio and mentioned the charges were reversed but i did ot get any email confirmation.

Ok. Breakfast requesting any drinks too mutiple attempts. WiFi is super poor speed. Alot of mosiquos in area. Otherwise good
