A very well-kept, clean and up-to-date older home. Bath/shower very good. Furniture modern and comfortable. The only real complaint is that the ice-maker in the refrigerator is essentially non-functional. Countertop space is quite limited, but a function of a 50's house.I'd suggest a more client-friendly approach to communication in emails and printed materials. It's all a but dictatorial in style. More paragraphs and bullet points in the materials - I'm married to a English teacher. A nice stay, though. Thanks.

Easy check-in, spacious house with large yard. We appreciated the TVs in every room and the desk in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen was well-stocked with pans and utensils, and the bathroom was very well-organized. The host was communicative and helpful when we were trying to figure out an issue with the ice maker. The place was very clean. Liked how the location was close to Cardinal Greenway and lots of walkable dining options.

Loves Kitchen Utility

One of the reasywe book houses vs hotels is to save money by .making some of our meals. Usually I have to be sure to bring all my cooking utensils and such not just condiments and spices We forgot somethings, measuring spoons and cups. Figures wed have to buy.Was pleasantly surprised to find not only those put other kitchen gadgets as well.And the house was neat and clean. Just the perfect size for 2 couples.

Perfect for Us!

We traveled to Muncie for a family wedding and were so happy to have found Kyle and Shannah’s place. It was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and close to Ball State. The hosts were quick and easy to communicate with! We would happily stay there again.

Clean and Conveniently Located

I came back to Muncie to visit family and friends. The house was clean and conveniently located to West McGalliard, which is close to a lot of restaurants. I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in town vs staying in a hotel. I discovered Parlor Doughnuts, which is very close to this property. Perhaps a little too close. I gained 3 pounds on this extended weekend trip.

The house is well suited for an enjoyable stay. Every detail is taken care of by the homeowner. It's clean, it's neat, etc. It's an older neighborhood with a few eccentric characters but completely safe and charming.

Great Place to Stay

This is a great place to stay if you are ever in Muncie area. The house is perfect for a family of four to spread out and didn’t feel crowded at any point during our week long stay. Although we didn’t cook like we had planned to, the kitchen is very well stocked with the kitchen essentials that you might need. The neighborhood is very quiet and the house is very easy to find with a great variety of restaurants and shopping nearby. The hosts were very friendly and responsive with any of our inquiries. We will definitely add this to our list of favorite places to stay, if we are ever in the Muncie area again.

Immaculate

Great hosts, easy check in. Place was so clean I wondered if we were the first guests after a remodel (but no paint smell, so I think not!) Super close to Ball State. One call out is that we stayed for a few days and cooked two dinners. The kitchen has just about everything that you'd need, but this is not somebody's vacation house that they rent out. There were no supplies like oil, cooking spray, tin foil, spices. That's not a critique; it is just different from other houses we rented. Make sure you buy all those supplies when you go to the grocery store! Hosts are super nice, flexible and helpful!
