Great Hotel in a Munich Suburb

Really enjoyed this hotel in Haar. We were in Munch to stop by Oktoberfest and then to use as a base for day trips to the Bavarian Alps. Took a bit to walk to the train station and ride into Munich central, but the town of Haar was safe and cute! Once we rented a car, we found street parking near the hotel no problem (they do offer parking for a charge, but we opted for the free option). The staff was very friendly and the hotel itself was great. Room was small, sure, but it was modern and updated. WiFi wasn’t the best, but other than that, we were really happy with our stay’

Nice hotel and easy to find. Grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. Great breakfast but the breakfast staff was unfortunately rude! Overall good stay!

Clean modern hotel

This is a modern hotel in Haar, a suburb of Munich. I was attending a conference at Messe München and it was very convenient for this. It took me about 30 minutes to get there using the efficient public transport system. It takes about 35 minutes to get into Munich city centre using the same transport system. For both venues you need to take a bus then a train. Buses are frequent at peak hours, every 10 minutes at other times and every 20 minutes late at night and Sundays. Breakfast was great but cost 12 Euro’s.

Decent hotel walking distance from Messen Munich

Stayed here when at confenrece and about 35 mins walk over mostly parkland. Close to bus stop for getting into town (30mins to centre). Breakfast pretty standard. Room comfortable and good bed.

Great restful place.

Nice but not quiet

Nice clean hotel. Unfortunately we got a room next to the staircase and people smashed the door all the time which was very loud. The location in general is very loud. The bathroom sink was more or less clogged but everything else was really good.

Reasonable hotel for Haar location

The hotel has everything what you need if your travel interest location is around Haar. Would recommend that. The small minus is that breakfast is needed to order sepparately, at least if you are booking the hotel via hotels.com
