Super spacious and modern room. Lovely shower. Bathroom and toiletries arrangement good. King size bed was bigger than uk king size - in fact huge! Room was quiet (ask for one facing inside not road side) staff v friendly and helpful. Nespresso coffee machine a nice touch. Fridge and safe in room v useful.

I arrived late for a one-night stopover. Check-in was quick and efficient. From the time I walked into the lobby until I was in my room was probably less than 10 minutes. This is a very good choice if you are staying in the vicinity of Munich's Hauptbahnhof.

Suite was lovely. My only complaint was that I contacted the hotel prior to arrival about an accessible room. I received no reply. The bathroom was very challenging for me to use. I also messaged during my visit about this but had no reply again. Please, if customers message, please reply.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and was very happy with my experience, so I decided to rebook it again during my recent stay in Munich this October. Unfortunately, this time I noticed a decline in service quality and staff attitude. It seems there have been several staff changes, and the new team doesn’t quite match the professionalism of the previous one. The head waiter at breakfast was rather impolite, and the front desk staff could show more courtesy and attentiveness when responding to guests’ requests. Overall, it remains a comfortable 4-star property — the rooms are spacious, breakfast is decent, and cleanliness and hygiene standards are satisfactory. The hotel still offers good value, but I truly hope management will address these service issues to restore the high standards I experienced in the past.

Very convenient, very close to main train station, Oktoberfest fairground, walking distance to Marienplatz. Plenty of restaurants around. Room is clean, staff are friendly, cleaning service is excellent. But noise was big issue, street noise, adjacent room noise affecting our sleep. Part of it because of Oktoberfest I guess. Overall we have good stay.

Perfect location, close to the train station and staff was very friendly and welcoming. I understand from previous reviews some complained about the neighborhood but honestly i couldn't fault it. I'm from NYC and this truly felt just like any other neighborhood.
