Staff was fantastic! After we checked out and were waiting to board our flight home, we realized we left items in the room safe. We called the hotel and they checked and retrieved our items and put them aside. Friends of ours that live in Munich picked them up, everything was accounted for. We checked into this hotel due to the airport being closed for a day due to the snowstorm. The staff were very helpful and helped us get our room ready a bit earlier as we were quite tired travelling around. In addition, the staff helped me connect with my airline as we had to rebook our tickets. The hotel is a few minutes from U and S bahn, and there are so many options for food/grocery shopping.
