No airport transportation and rooms are outdated.

We booked this hotel because Hotels.com ad says airport transportation available. As checked in at the front desk, I asked what is the schedule for airport transportation. The receptionist said they don’t have hotel transportation and Hotels.com ad is not their responsibility. He was very unfriendly and telling us to take public transportation bus or taxi. We took a taxi from MUC airport to hotel and it costed over $40 for 9 minutes drive. The location is not airport location and pretty distance. And the hotel was not kind enough to help with information how to take public bus or taxi. We had to figure out at the bus stop by asking a man happened to be there. We paid upgrade a room and suppose to be non smoking but the receptionist gave us a regular room on the smoking floor. We had to ask to change the room because the room was stink. Don’t stay in this hotel if you don’t have a car. We stayed two nights because our plan was use the airport transportation to go to airport to take a train to Munich old town for one full day. We had to use the taxi for all transportation which increased our cost. It could be better to stay at the hotel inside the airport connected to the train station to the city with same cost.

I booked based on previous reviews and ratings and was not disappointed. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast buffet was beyond compare and very impressive. The staff was helpful and friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. The only negative was €20 to park which is higher than comparable accommodation.

I liked the bed comfort. Food options are very good, but if you don’t have the breakfast included it is expensive when paid separately. Even though they have a variety of options, but If you by any chance have tweens or teenagers that eat the same thing or are picky eaters it is pricey.

The staff were very polite and helpfull the breakfast was great and room was clean. The carpet seemed a bit old! I woyld have rated excellent with a new carpet!
