Our 'SeaLaVie' 2BR/2BA Oceanview, raised beach house is second row from beach & located in GCB about 0.5 mile north of the GCB pier! House sleeps 8, is second row from beach or about 1-min. Walk to ocean. This nice beach house is upgraded yearly, new: dishwasher, roof, stairs and front porch, refurnished, refrigerator, washer & dryer, water heater, wood flooring, 43-inch smart HDTV in Den, 2 HDTVs in both bedrooms & new HVAC! Our rental beach home 'SeaLaVie' is in Garden City Beach, SC at Sunset Square G. Rental home is a 10-min. drive to south Myrtle Beach. Oceanside (second row) raised oceanview beach house, 2BR/2BA, sleeps 8 max. 5 beds: 1 queen, 2 twins, 2 futons. New roof added in 11/20. New stairs and front porch in 1/21! 2nd New HVAC in 2022. Our 1-story Raised Beach House has some small ocean views from inside house den and second bedroom! ~10’ above ground. ~15 Steps to house. Exceptionally nice, Oceanside raised, beach house, 2BR/2BA, sleeps 8 max. (5 beds) at 104G Sunset Square Dr. House has some ocean views from inside house den and second bedroom! 0.6 mile north of the Garden City Pier. Rental house is on 10' stilts. 1-minute walk to beach! House in Sunset Square complex of 17 homes with community pool & behind Water's Edge Condos. Just one half block from the ocean! Our rental house is the 1st house back from N. Waccamaw Drive (2nd Row) and located beside (west) Sunset Square community pool. Covered front porch and open sundeck, paved parking for 2 cars max. under house. Ceramic Tile on kitchen and bothbath floors. Hardwood floors in the den and hall. House is 1000 square feet. New 43” smart HDTV in den. New dishwasher.

Master bedroom has queen bed, color cable TV and walk in full bath. Second bedroom has two twin beds, color cable tv and full bath down hall. Used Stacked washer and dryer in hall. 2 new futons in den, sleeps 8! 5 beds total - sleeps 8. Home stereo system. This was the perfect location for people who want a pool and ocean option. We had 6 people total (4 adults and 2 kids) which I think was the perfect amount for the size of the house. Check-in was easy and everything we needed was conveniently close. Only thing I wish there was is baking/cookie sheets because we cook most of our vacation as opposed to going out. But we were close enough to just get some disposable ones so not a huge deal!

Week at the beach....

Overall a great experience. The communication with the owner and check in were smooth and easy. House is a perfect beach house and in a great location. It is a little older and could use some tlc but everyrhing was clean and functional. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice 0lace to stay.

The property was in a perfect location and was so comfortable for the 5 of us that stayed ! The home being right next a pool was such a nice feature and we had a great time. The home was also so close to the beach and just walking distance from the pier which was so nice! Had a great stay and Stewart gave us great specific directions !

Worst Experience

Do not rent this property. The place was dirty when we walked in, all the pans and pots and cooking supplies were ancient, the blinds are nearly impossible to open so you really dont get any views. The ocean view from the second bedroom is actually a building. Not good for a family especially not enough room. Owner does not give any help when you call him. Advertises washing machine and dryer but the washing machine does not work. When i called the answer i got was just dont use it. He offered to reimburse for a laundry mat but i was on vacation why would i want to go to a laundry mat every single time my towels got wet and sandy from the beach? Dont advertise what you cannot provide. The plumbing screeches, the shower in the hall only hits your neck, and the railing is rickety. Also claims 3 televisions, and cable but i could not get the living room cable to change off of fox news. Horrible experience will never do that again. The owner will clap back to this i am sure but please dont listen to him. I paid a cleaning fee, a linen fee, and an insurance fee and he still tried to charge me extra.

Overall we had an amazing stay, we came down for cheer nationals and celebrated our one daughters birthday. The pool is literally outside your door and the beach is right across the street with free parking if you have friends in town and wanna hang out together. Plus its only a short drive to any store you need, and a quick walk to a convenience store. Stewart was more then accommodating, we actually forgot out keys and didn't realize it until we were 5 hours from our home and he met us at the property with another set. The house basically has a bunch of things you will need from past renters who have left items there and Stewart leaves a goody bag with essentials to help get you through, so make sure you check before you go buy things. Our only issue was with the HOA manager, he complained to Stewart that we left a mess under our carport and we hadn't even had a chance to clean it up yet. He talked about us to all the other tenants in the square and made it very noticeable. We have 4 daughters and messes happen, but I think we should have been given a fair amount of time to clean it before he reported it to our property owner which caused us stress. Underneath the house could have been cleaner it was basically a puddle and muddy needed a good pressure wash but besides that we had a great stay! Thank you so much!
