Visiting my mom and your condo was very convenient for my purposes. Only suggestion would be to have a little coffee and coffee filters or maybe a Kuerig with a few K-Cups for that first morning.

Birthday trip

This condo is in a great location on the beach. Close to many restaurants and other things to do. The condo was bright, clean and well stocked. It was great being on the 5th floor as we were able to see the sea turtles out at sea. Only thing worth noting, which is unavoidable is the even though this room is non smoking, you still smelled smoking from others. No reason not to rent as you will find this everywhere.

Loved it!!

Absolutely loved staying here!! It is beautiful and clean just like the listing photos. Can’t beat the view of the ocean! The only thing we didn’t love is that it is directly opposite the elevator in the center of the hall. The bedroom Is located on this wall and it has a window, so we were woken up in the mornings with all the foot traffic and elevator noises. If you are a light sleeper, this is not ideal. Other than that we loved the condo, pool areas, proximity to the beach. We’ve been visiting this area for a long time and would definitely rent from this company again!

My family and I stayed for a week at the end of May 2024. The condo was well appointed, had everything we needed convenience wise, and was spotlessly clean. Property management company had excellent communication and helped us with any questions we had. Will definitely book again!

Perfect beach getaway

Perfect location and amazing views of the ocean. Clean, and check in was friendly and seamless. So many great things to do within 10 minutes. Definitely recommend this place, we will absolutely be back!

Wrong week chosen

The property itself was very nice but should not have been rented this week. The week that we chose was the problem. The building was getting heavy maintenance. They were installing anchors into the concrete for the handrails and were in the condo several times. The drilling started a little after eight each morning and was very loud. I was told there 1400 anchors to install. Also, all pools were closed being completely redone. The surrounding area around the pools were dug up so access to the beach was detoured. Everything on the first level was closed for renovations so none of the amenities advertised were available. One level of the parking building was closed for repairs and the parking area near the elevator had numerous pallets of repair goods stored. The property should not have been rented this week.

The condo was very clean and felt like I lived there. Great view of beach, ocean and sunrises.

Great location for restaurants and places for adult beverages. Rental company was very friendly and personable. Unfortunately, the HVAC was not working properly and so they gave us fans, but they weren’t really needed due to the breeze from the ocean. Gray vacation, will definitely come back again

Garden City (Murrells Inlet), SC Beach Condo

I loved the complex and would very much like to stay in unit 507 again - it was very clean, enough room for us, and the view and location were everything we asked for. I did have a few issues, though: One major issue with the property managers and a few little things that are more of a constructive criticism for improvement/heads-up for future guests... MAJOR: The thermostat to the unit was not in operating condition, which wasn't an issue for most of our stay (in the relatively cooler temps of spring). We'd just keep the sliding doors of the balcony open to get some breeze/fresh air, and even though the bedroom was at the front of the unit we were still relatively cool most nights (the window to the bedroom is DIRECTLY across from the elevator and the hallway, so anyone getting off the elevator would be able to see us in our bedroom.) A few nights - especially one with a violent storm - were warmer and on the night it stormed we could not keep the balcony doors open. The bedroom was SWELTERING and even though we notified the property manager no one came out, and the second time I reached out I didn't even get an answer. It was miserable. SMALL ISSUES: These are just a heads-up to future guests and hopefully this can serve as constructive criticism for the unit owners to better serve their guests. Prior VRBO units had these things available to us (at least a "starter pack") and we were disappointed to have to buy entire packages of these things: - coffee filters - an extra roll of toilet paper or two would be nice - dish soap - hand soap - salt and pepper - pam spray for pans, etc. - sugar packets or creamers for coffee I was disappointed we had to buy all these things but I did leave them in the unit with a note so the next guests wouldn't have to buy these staples. Once again, though, I *LOVED* the unit and would stay there again if the service was turned up just a notch. *** EDIT: We also were not told that there was construction going on in the sections next to our room. While we were gone most of the time and it wasn't much of a bother, we weren't told the hot tub and outdoor pool (which we wouldn't have used that anyway) were out of commission.
