It also includes a small sofa bed for added guests (apartment sleeps 2-4 total, please inquire regarding additional occupancy fees). It is centrally located and within a short walking distance to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and Muskegon's Famous Farmers Market.
Additional features: high efficiency ductless heating and air conditioning, gas stove/oven, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, K-Cup coffee maker with complimentary coffee, sugar, and cream. Please make sure to start a load of towels prior to your departure. We have made sure to stock laundry detergent “sheets” for your use (they look like dryer sheets, but they are laundry detergent).
Please do not leave dirty dishes or there will be an additional $65 cleaning fee assessed after your stay. We have stocked dishwashing pods typically, next to or under the kitchen sink.
Please turn the heat back down to 64 degrees (or seasonal AC back to 74) and turn off all lights, fans, and tvs.
Please be sure to close and lock any windows and doors prior to your departure.
