Ilianthos Villa is a brand-new, modern villa with an impressive design, spacious living areas, stunning interior spaces, and sophisticated décor. It's conveniently located within walking distance of Panormo village, which boasts full amenities, sandy beaches, and a traditional architectural style.



The villa is a three-story building with a total area of 147 sqm, featuring a private mosaic-tiled pool measuring 17 sqm situated in the middle of a well-maintained lawn garden.



As you enter the villa on the ground floor, you'll find an open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and a large dining table. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary facilities and devices, such as a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, coffee maker, and more. On the same floor, there's a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite shower/WC designed for disabled persons.



On the first floor, you'll discover two more bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower/WC, while the other bedroom features twin beds and an en-suite shower/WC as well. All bedrooms are equipped with satellite flat-screen TVs and 3D glasses for watching 3D movies.



The lowest floor hosts a fully equipped and organized gym for your daily exercise routines, along with a hydromassage booth with a steam option for ultimate relaxation. Outside the villa, you can enjoy a game of table tennis for additional exercise, use the barbecue and wood-fired oven for outdoor cooking gatherings, and make use of the utility room with a modern washing machine and clothes dryer.



The covered patio is perfect for al fresco dining and relaxation, providing beautiful views of the swimming pool in the front garden with its soothing mosaic tiling. The verandas and balconies offer magnificent and captivating views of the sea and Panormo village.



Panormo village itself is picturesque and offers all amenities, including a supermarket, bars, restaurants, and tavernas right by the seaside. The fully organized beach provides various water sports activities, and there's a nearby diving center for underwater exploration.

Villa de rĂȘve

Nous avons reçu un accueil formidable, dans une villa absolument parfaite. Le propriétaire fait tout pour que les occupants soient au mieux. Le frigo est pleins à l'arrivée et un repas est offert la veille du départ. La plage et le village, à 3 min à pieds, sont charmants. Les équipements de la villa sont parfaits. Je la recommande vivement.

Splendide villa Ă  recommander !

Magnifique villa proche de toutes les commodités et idéalement située pour visiter la CrÚte. Propreté impeccable, aménagement complet, service en cours de séjour, petits cadeaux de bienvenue, ... L'épouse du propriétaire nous a concoctés un excellent plat crétois. Rien de négatif à souligner ! Nous recommandons et espérons y retourner lors de prochaines vacances.

Villa ilianthos is a Modern stylish villa with wonderful sea views in the cosy town of Panormo.

Everything was perfect and we had a fabulous relaxing holiday in Villa Ilianthos. The villa is very tastefully decorated with attention to detail - lots of kitchenware and utensils sharp knives etc. A lot of luxury too flat screen TV’s air conditioning throughout and lovely outdoor areas and balconies all with sea views. The villa is just 200 metres or a 3 minute walk to the sea front. Panormo is a lovely place great restaurants and not over crowded all within walking distance from the villa. A great welcome by the owners in arrival with attentive snacks and goodies to mane us feel at home immediately. Hope to be back.

Superbe !

Nous avons sĂ©journer dans cette superbe villa du 1/05/2018 au 8/05/2018. La maison est trĂ©s agrĂ©able Ă  vivre et l'accueil par le propriĂ©taire des plus chaleureux. La maison est idĂ©ale pour une famille avec des enfants ou 3 couples voulant se dĂ©tendre... La vue sur la mer le matin au rĂ©veil est trĂ©s belle. Nous remercions le propriĂ©taire et sa famille pour toutes les petites attentions et le sens du dĂ©tail... Pour ce qui est de l'emplacement de la villa, nous avons Ă©tĂ© enchantĂ©s par le village de PANORMOS ou nous avons pu diner dans de bons petits restaurants et se ballader dans les petites rues du village ou prĂ©s de la plage. De plus elle est proche de l'axe routier qui permet de relier les villes de Rethymnon et HĂ©raklion et finalement son emplacement c'est rĂ©vĂ©ler stratĂ©gique pour visiter le CRETE. Je conseille vivement cette villa et si je devais revenir je n'hĂ©siterais pas a revenir ici mĂȘme !!! A bientĂŽt peut ĂȘtre ....!

Séjour mémorable à Panormos

SĂ©jour parfait : maison exceptionnelle ,moderne ,amĂ©nagĂ©e avec charme,trĂšs bien conçue avec salle de sport ...,trĂšs bien situĂ©e avec une vue mer ,Ă  5 minutes de la plage Ă  pied.Rien ne manquait . Accueil trĂšs chaleureux du propriĂ©taire et de sa famille qui nous ont comblĂ©s d’attentions dĂšs l’arrivĂ©e ,puis d’un gateau et mĂȘme d’un repas le dernier jour . Village authentique ,proche de Rethymnon ( 20 minutes en voiture) Nous avons tellement apprĂ©ciĂ© ce sĂ©jour que personne n’avait envie de quitter les lieux. Nous ne pouvons que chaudement recommander cette adresse.

Wundervolles Ferienhaus

Superb villa in a wonderful village

Six members of my family spent around 11 days at Villa Ilianthos - a beautiful villa, clean, well equipped and in a near perfect location. Manos was very kind and helpful throughout. He had bought various provisions for our arrival, including a very good warm pizza, much appreciated as we arrived extremely late in the evening due to a delayed flight. He responded very quickly to any questions we had. We love Panormos- a charming, relatively quiet village, but with plenty of good restaurants and shops, all within 5-10 minutes walk from the property. Although it would be good to visit even without a car, we hired a car from a local company for a few days to do some longer excursions and bigger supermarket shops. All in all, highly recommended.

Great Villa and location

The villa is excellent and has all the facilities that you require, it was very clean and Manos was very helpful at arrival and departure. The authentic meal provided by Manos' wife, Diana, was delicious and it was extremely kind of her to bring it over for us. The village is a short walk down the hill and has plenty of shops and restaurants. The villa is a short distance from the main highway and so it was easy to travel to see the sights. An excellent holiday and we would love to return.

Ideales Zuhause in einer atmosphÀrischen Kleinstadt

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Gleich zu Beginn eine herzliche BegrĂŒĂŸung durch die Gastgeber, die sich wĂ€hrend des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr nett um uns gekĂŒmmert haben. An einem Abend durften wir sogar die KochkĂŒnste der Familie genießen. Köstlich. Hier sind Urlauber willkommen. Das Haus entspricht den Bildern und ist perfekt an der KĂŒste in einem Ort gelegen, in dem man vielerorts Essen gehen kann und stimmungsvoll den Sonnenuntergang genießt.

Perfect location!

Villa Ilianthos was perfect for our family of 5. The location is PERFECT! You are within a 3 minute walk to the village of Panormos which has plenty to offer. There are many shops, tavernas, cafes and a couple great beaches. Very close to Rethymno and Bali beach too.

Super tolles Haus!

Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben. Es hat Alles was man braucht, die Ausstattung in der KĂŒche ist toll (es hatte sogar GewĂŒrze und der KĂŒhlschrank war auch voll) . Der Fitnessraum ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Im Erdgeschoss ist alles RollstuhlgĂ€ngig. Es ist sehr sauber und alles ist liebevoll dekoriert und eingerichtet. Die Hausbesitzer sind sehr nett, einmal haben sie eine Torte fĂŒr uns gebacken und einmal wurde sogar fĂŒr uns ein leckeres Abendessen gekocht! Bis zum Sandstrand und auch bis ins Dorf sind es ungefĂ€hr 3min. zu Fuss. Ein absolut tolles Haus das ich jederzeit weiterempfehle!

Beautiful villa with beach view

We arrived late at night, the host, Mr Manos, met us at the property and showed us round. The villa is beautifully finished to a very high standard, the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The hosts had left food in the fridge to tide us over the first night and breakfast next day, lots of thoughtful touches. The villa was cleaned and bedding changed mid week. Mrs Manos even prepared a lovely vegetarian meal for us one evening. The pool was smaller than it appears on the photos, but quite adequate. The hosts were happy to arrange taxis for us and help with any queries we may have had. There is a bus service available so we didn’t need a car to get about. Beach and village are within 5 mins walk, and there are lots of good restaurants. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa

Wonderful Holiday in a Fantastic Villa

We have just returned from a fantastic week, staying in Villa Ilianthos. The villa was amazing, really spacious and modern and spotlessly clean and located very close to the shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed the gorgeous meal prepared for us by Manos and his wife and were very grateful for the fruit, water, beer and wine and all the other bits that had been put in there for us on arrival. We were very sad to leave but hope to visit again very soon.

Perfect Holiday

It was a great stay. the house has everything you need. from a great interior to pool toys everything was there. We had a great time in a nice, clean house. the location is perfect. in a few minutes on foot you can reach the various small bays, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. But also a day at the pool leaves nothing to be desired. You can find sunbathing and shady areas in the garden at any time of the day. we like to come back anytime! Thank you for the nice holiday.

Great modern property

This is a gorgeous villa, very modern and comfortable with loads of space. Kitchen is particularly well equipped and the lovely meal cooked by the owners was amazing! Local village has lots of lovely restaurants and shops. Would have given five stars if there had been a few more safety features for little ones- stair gates, a bath and a pool barrier as we couldn’t really relax with our 21 month old running around with exposed pool in garden. Would definitely stay again though.

Thoughtful hosts

The villa is spotlessly clean and very well set up. With plenty of water and some essential supplies, the hosts have put a lot of thought and attention to detail into the villa to ensure guests have a wonderful time and have everything they need. A particularly thoughtful gesture was cooking us a delicious authentic meal which we all really enjoyed. All and all, a fabulous holiday in a lovely location in a great villa.

Beautiful well equipped villa in gorgeous location

We stayed as a family of 6 in this villa in may 2019. The villa itself is superbly equipped with everything you need. Including toys for our son and even a spare pushchair. We arrived late and Manos was waiting for us. He had even left some snacks and wine for us to enjoy! The villa itself was perfect. Beautifully clean, with gorgeous views of the sea from all the bedrooms. Manos and his wife cooked us a gorgeous meal on one night and even surprised my mum with a birthday cake! What a lovely touch and so thoughtful. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone. Great location close to nearby shops, restaurants and beach. Panormos was quiet but that's what we loved about it. Not too touristy and it felt like you were in real Crete. All in all a wonderful stay in a gorgeous villa with fantastic kind hosts.

Beautiful villa, very attentive host

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The villa had everything we needed, including drinks and food in the fridge, loungers by the pool, table tennis table. The villa was spotless, beds comfy and although we didn’t use it, there was a good gym in the basement. Panormo is a lovely quiet village with plenty of great restaurants and a good supermarket. The host lives across the road and was very attentive, including providing us with a beautiful meal midweek. We highly recommend this as a base to explore the sights of Crete.
