Locked out twice
The condo itself is beautiful and centrally located to great local spots. We walked everywhere the whole time. Twice, management changed the code to the door without telling us. Thereâs no email or online way to get the code so we had to go all the way back to the lobby and wait in a long slow line at the desk. As a single parent with 2 kids who after swimming weâre wet and cranky, this was a pain that took up to 45 minutes to get back into our room. We complained and were essentially ignored. There are discounts and free mini golf only if you keep the loose paper coupon they give you. Itâs 2023, why this isnât a digital coupon is confusing. We lost ours and weâre hosed because they offered no replacement process even if we offered to pay. And lastly, the staff rudely called and accused us of smoking weed. Someone definitely was smoking weed but it wasnât us and instead of asking they just called the room and made accusations. No apologies later. So overall, I wouldnât stay here again.
