It was beautiful waking uo every morning to a beautiful sunrise and looking out at the ocean every day. It is prime property. The rust on the refrigerator and heater took away from the class of the condo.Our last night was very unpleasant because we sat in the dark for a vacuole of hours with a power outage, and after the fact was told by Brian it was the fault of the city and he didn’t know about it until the 7:09 news and no apologies we’re extended for the inconvenience at the Resort. It was the City’s fault.There was no one answering at the front desk of the resort and no communication to the tenants. I find this very unusual based on my decades of years renting condos.

Brian was wonderful - so helpful and responded immediately to requests. The place was so spacious, with doors to provide privacy. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked and living room area was comfy with lovely ocean views. We were attending an event at the convention center and could easily walk there. Off season pricing was the best on the beach. Highly recommend!

Excellent location. Not much parking at condo, but it's only a short walk across the street to more parking. Loved our stay, would definitely stay again. Only downside was they are putting in a Storm Water drainage system in just north of condo and it's very loud at times. Had a GREAT Stay

Very clean. Terrific ocean view. Nice linens and furniture. Great small touches such as an assortment of books and a puzzle. The separate bedroom area was great for early risers that could shut the door not to wake those still sleeping. Loved the balcony!

Great beach location, not for things to do.

The room was fantastic and clean. The areas outside the room were a little run down and soliciting scams are a thing. The condo is right on the beach and easy to get to. But it is out of walking distance from the entertainment, food and attractions.

A tropical retreat

Fantastic location! Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Located on the beach which was beautiful. The condo itself was great, host was very helpful and informative. My only complaint was the elevators. At any given time only one of three elevators worked so at full capacity it took a while to get one. Thank you for a great vacation.
