Very nice condo

My family came to town for a baseball tournament and we stayed in Maria's condo. Everything in the condo was clean and as expected. Communication with Maria was easy and she made sure to let us know about a short water interruption during our stay in advance so that we were prepared. I made sure to have water pre-run the night before for coffee so it was no bother at all I wanted to take the living room furniture home with us, it was so comfortable! The kitchen supplied everything we needed to make meals. The coffee pot probably needs to be replaced soon as it has a bit of a leak and doesn't get as hot as it should. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with a fantastic Condo pretty central to everything.

Can't say enough about this stay

I can't express how wonderful our stay was at this location. The host was extremely helpful as we traveled a great distance to stay at her location. Everything you could possible want was in the unit, All you would need for your stay would be to bring the food. The unit was immaculate and beautiful and easy to access. All instructions for check in/out were clear and precise. The amenities were very nice and impressive. The community was picture perfect. I highly recommend your reserving this unit.

Good stay

The property was as advertised and worked great for our purposes (my friend and I were there for a golf trip). We booked our own place to we could have a room of our own away from all of the others to get some rest each night. Winding through the complex and going over all of the speed bumps in and out wasn't great, but no fault of Maria's of course. I would recommend it to others that wanted a place to relax in the evening that is central to beaches, golf courses, etc.

Decent Place

Overall, this was a good place to stay. We weren’t in the condo most of the time we were at the beach but when we were, we were comfortable. The owner is awesome with communication and handles any text or message quickly which is a huge plus. I would advise them to hire different cleaners though. The place was reasonably clean but corners are being cut and if this were my condo I would want it to be perfect every time. I would still give it four stars because of the communication and the place was nice and affordable. The location is also perfect.

Excellent Stay

Maria was wonderful as a host and the house was clean and well appointed. She was very responsive throughout our stay and very accommodating. We were in town for a basketball tournament. It was great to come back every evening to a place that truly felt like home away from home. I would definitely stay there again and hope it’s available next year when we return.

Wonderful Stay

I have stayed at the Magnolia and Myrtlewoods villas multiple times and this condo was the best yet. It had everything we needed and it was very clean. Very spacious and exactly like the pictures. I would definitely book again.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view.

Beach and restaurants were under a 15 min drive. Quiet neighborhood which was nice to be close to vacations spots without all the noisy neighbors. Kitchen well stocked with appliances. I do wish there were more bath towels for 4 adults, we ran low.

A quiet respite from the busyness
