We are ready to welcome you to our Oceanfront Executive Suite located at the beautiful Caravelle Resort in the heart of Myrtle Beach! For the safety of our guests and staff, some services, amenities and outlets may be limited or unavailable during your stay.

Our executive suite can sleep up to six guests and is available exclusively through the official On-Site Rental provider. Your stay will include all linens and towels, and NO departure cleaning fee. You will also have access to our 24-hour front desk.

Great location

ON the negative -- Room could have been a bit cleaner -- sand in the bathroom, urine smell in the bedroom, sliding door would not lock, too many unsupervised kids in the pool and hot tub. Indoor pool was closed due to Legionaire's onsite discovery. Not real impressed with the front desk people - especially onsite 9/12 AM. Several people waiting in line, while employees worked together to fix one computer. No real sense of urgency by the employees to concentrate on providing customer service with the working computer. On the good side, the beds, although at first felt uncomfortable, gave the best night's sleep - every night we stayed. Cleaning crew were always very nice and polite in passing. Overall, I would stay here again.

This resort was super disappointing, broken tiles and filthy pools. Unit was dirty and unkept.

The unit had a broken door, no lock on the patio door. Filthy at check in. Tables had not been cleaned, the floors were sandy, the carpet is filthy, the pillows are stained. The bathroom floor had what looked like blood at the corner of the door, just disgusting. The small rug in the front room is filthy as is the side chair. Stand on the balcony and see all the foot prints in sunscreen. Just clean between guests !!!! Traveling with a three year old, I cleaned and sanitized the unit so we could stay safely. The tv in the bedroom doesn’t work. The metal lamps are all rusting. The tub runs water constantly. The bureau under the tv in the front room has a broken drawer front that has been sloppily repaired and looks terrible, it won’t close. The door to the front room is broken at the closure above the door. The storage shelf under the bathroom sink has the front piece hanging off by the nails. Theres not a broom or mop in the place and they don’t clean daily. They were happy to bring new sheets and towels though! We were very disappointed with the unit but you cannot beat being on the ocean. We will not return and would recommend you keep looking for a safer stay.

Caravelle Executive Suite

Overall, our family enjoyed our stay at the Caravelle. We stayed in one of their executive suites located on the 8th floor. The room easily accommodated a family of 6 people. The view of the ocean was beautiful. However, there is a sun deck directly in front of our balcony one floor below us which can get busy. It didn’t provide much privacy when the curtains are open either. We did enjoy the outdoor pool and the easy and fast access to the beach. It was difficult to get fresh towels everyday but the staff were friendly. The parking garage attached to the main building is very tight if you drive an SUV and often reaches full capacity quickly.
