It's a privately owned condo on the 5th floor with INCREDIBLE VIEW. Large and Super clear Smart TVs ( Movie nights!! ), also new furniture, linens, towels, S.S. appliances, etc. so many upgraded goodies.
Well maintained HVAC/Purified Air Flow, and air Filter is often changed.
Lovely Kitchenette has everything you need to prepare Simple Small Meals.
