Charming, Clean & Pet Friendly, 2 bdrm, 2 bath, Close to Beach & Airport

Firebird TownHome with Love: 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, as close as you can get to the beach without the high priced beachfront. We aim to make you smile when you open the front door.

We are PET FRIENDLY (additional pet fee of $50 one time fee) for well mannered pets! We only ask that you treat our home like your home while here. Pets should be vaccinated and should not be in beds. We love pets and would never go on vacation without our pet, but please remember to respect those coming after you.
Great features include a fully equipped kitchen including SS appliances and all the cooking accessories you need. Keurig Coffee pot as well as reg coffee maker.
The main level is open floor plan with a dining table for 6, plenty of seating in the living room; 1/2 bath; laundry room with washer and dryer and outside patio w/gas grill to relax after a day on the beach.
Upstairs has 2 Bedrooms, each with private bath and plenty of closet space. 1 bedroom has a king bed and the other bedroom has 2 Dbl beds. TV's in every room, Wifi, Streaming Device (w/your login), We include board games, beach towels, chairs and a beach cart, and a outdoor shower.
Well lit, secure end unit with two off street parking spots in front of your unit with security camera! Self check in upon arrival. Built in electronic wall safe for extra piece of mind.
This is a non smoking townhome. Please honor our non-smoking policy or extra cleaning charges will be charged.

Close to everything: White Sand and Sunny Blue Ocean, putt-putt golf course; ice cream shop, gift shops, restaurants-all just steps away. Restuarants less than 2 miles away: seafood, Italion, steak, Asian Mexican, breakfast, buffets, fast foods. Stores less than 1/4 mile: Food Lion and Walmart. Savannah's Playground (a huge playground for all kids) located at Market Commons-it is amazing! Dog park also located at Market Commons which is only 2 miles away. Centrally located to Coastal Grand Mall, Family Kingdom Waterpark, Golf Courses, Pickleball, Broadway at the Beach; only a mile from the Myrtle Beach Airport.

Parking Trailers: Jamin Leather offers trailer parking for trailers under 16ft in length. Please see their website for more information. They are very close to us and are a great option.

Summer vacation with family

Check-in was great. She emailed me when the room was ready so we could get in early kitchen at everything that you need. I bought things I thought I would need but she had everything there. I walked in to my own home.Wi-Fi was there with the password transportation we had our own car.I thank you for everything.

The Beach

It was a beautiful townhouse with everything you needed. They even had things we could use for the beach which allowed us to pack less. The big plus for us was that we could bring our dogs as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Family vacation

We met our son from Washington state and our son and his wife from Georgia here for a brief family vacation and had a great time. My son and daughter in law brought their fur babies along. This has been one of the nicest rentals we have ever stayed at. The hosts have thought of everything and anything you could possibly need. Their place is very clean and everything is labeled. We will definitely consider booking again

Nice Unit - Safety Concerns in Surrounding Area

The unit itself was very nice - clean, comfortable, and well-supplied with everything we needed for our stay. The photos and description were accurate, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. The decor was cute and we felt welcome! That said, we experienced a safety concern during our stay. One afternoon, we had to call the police after witnessing a man and woman arguing right outside the unit behind the dumpster. The woman was using drugs () while sitting up against the side of the unit. We called the non-emergency police line, and as police arrived, she ran onto the back porch of the unit and then fled. We reported the incident to the owner and appreciated that he came to speak with us within 20 mins. I understand crazy things happen everywhere, but the incident left us on edge.While the inside of the unit felt secure, the front door didn’t have a deadbolt that could be locked from the outside, and the storm door also couldn't be locked externally. The camera and light out front did help us feel somewhat safer. The mini-mart down the street seemed to attract questionable activity, and as a woman, I didn’t feel comfortable walking anywhere alone - even with my dog. On top of that, fireworks were set off right outside the unit on four separate nights, as late as 1:40 am.This may have been a string of isolated incidents, and the unit itself is lovely, but travelers should be aware of the neighborhood and decide if it’s the right fit for them.

The rental was very clean and spacious. Great location easy to get to anything in the area.Beach was an easy couple block location. Host was very kind and even left Waters Gatorade, and coffee pods to get us started. Would stay again.

This place was very clean nice had everything you would need to stay at a beach. My family had such a great time there their pet friendly. The only time my dogs were ever out of their crates was when we were home a few minute walk from the beach I would recommend this place to anyone with a family

Graduation trip

The house was perfectly clean, communication was beyond great. They allowed us to bring our daughters 4lb cavapoo, there were labels on everything so we didn't have to dig around for things. There were beautiful fresh flowers on the dining room table. It's in a great location. We came for CCU graduation and it was about 15min from there, and only a couple of blocks from the beach and main strip. Will definitely stay again!

Great stay for Spring Break

Property was great. Had all the little touches I’ve often found missing from other VRBOs plus some. Easy 2 blocks to beach. Easy 2 blocks to Putt Putt. Restaurants and stores easily accessible. My 7-year-old grandson had a great time checking out all the TVs in every room! The owner was very responsive. Definitely would stay again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We really enjoyed the cleanliness of the unit, the walkability to the beach, proximity to all of the attractions Myrtle Beach has to offer, the clear communication, the ease of checking in and out and the amenities available to us in the unit. We hope to stay here again next year and with a few more days added to our long weekend.

The condo met all of our needs. Upscale with comfortable beds. New bedding and shower curtains. Very clean! Walk to the beach. Dog friendly. Host was great! We would stay here again. Best for two people or family with small children.

Perfect Location

Highlight of our long weekend was taking our fur babies for a two-block walk to the beach to watch the sunrise. Condo was spotless and we loved that everything was labeled so we could easily find whatever we needed. We didn't need to contact the owner because she had provided all necessary information in her emails. We would definitely stay here again.
