This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is fully furnished with 1 queen size bed, 2 full size beds, and 1 queen sleeper sofa. The layout of this rental will comfortably accommodate 6 guests.

This property has been completely renovated as of Fall 2019. This 2 bedroom suite features some incredible upgrades that include: granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, new tile floorings throughout (NO CARPET!), brand new furniture, new paint and decor, tile showers, and so much more.

This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other rentals at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! The guest bedroom is the first bedroom on the right and features 2 full-size beds and access to a private balcony with city views. Our guests have captured gorgeous sunset views from this spot! The master bedroom offers 1 queen bed and access to a full bathroom. This bedroom also includes access to the main balcony, which is also accessible from the living room. The guest bath is located in-between the two bedrooms.

The kitchen is absolutely incredible and features brand new appliances, cabinets, and granite countertops. The homeowners spared no expense! We provide all basic cookware, utensils, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to cook a full meal for the family. Unlike many rentals, this listing also features a full-size dishwasher as well as small appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.

The living room is truly the most relaxing area of the entire apartment. Our guests will enjoy a newly purchased sofa as well as 2 accent chairs. This apartment was beautifully decorated, and the fresh paint and beachy decor are great touches that really make this rental one-of-a-kind! The sofa converts to a queen-sized sleeper sofa.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi.

The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go carts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access.

It's important to note that this property has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book. Reservation holders must be at least 25 years of age or older in order for their reservation to be valid. Reservation holders under the age of 25 are at risk for potential fines and eviction.
