Definitely needs upgrades

The girl who checked me in i cannot remember her name unfortunately, but she was great!! But....the door to our room wad very old chipped paint dirty i didn't even want to touch it. The suite was nice, chipped paint on the bathroom door and kind of dirty but we wipe everything down ourselves before we unpack. The carpet on the patio old and ripped up, definitely not a good look! We found 2 roaches one in bathroom and one in kitchen disgusting!! I immediately took my bags to the car, im not with that at all, but whos going to change rooms if thy offered for a 2 night stay. The towels looked old and dingy grey, thy can really use some bleach. The toilet ran the whole time, and it was loud but we are not really the type to complain and it was only 2 days so we just lived with it didn't even call. The view from the patio was great, seeing the beach gowers from sunup was really nice. The several different pools, and hot tubs were great!! I loved the lazy river, the water was so warm. Overall good stay i just cant do roaches and i dont like old dirty looking stuff.

Friendly staff. Towels changed every day. Pillows and bed are a bit hard but ok. Would have liked smart tv. would have liked to know about which kind of coffee machine in the room. Was an old fashioned coffee drip maker. Had to buy coffee filters.

The property has a great location and is safe. Some of the common areas are dated, especially common flooring (carpeting outside of rooms). Room itself was good but kitchen equipment was very old and the bathrooms were dated especially bathtub and tile. The room was clean though.

We had an oceanfront unit, which had a really nice view. Overall the property was clean, but dated. Parking was free, but in a garage across the street.

Hotel is very outdated and run down. Room was extremely old- floors were uneven from likely flooding on first floor, there was moisture in the air, appliances were rusted, bathroom needed a major update, and beds were hard! We stayed for the waterpark mainly, and it was disappointing as well. Hotel is disconnected and difficult to get around, and to reach out room you had to walk through an outdoor area, which seemed unsafe and was dirty.

Daily house cleaning was never done. Towels, washcloths, hand towels, Had to repeatedly ask for them. Was there for 9 days. One full house cleaning but again floors where not done or bedding. Very loud when going to bed with banging on the floors, smoking on a daily base.

We got ocean front room, so it had good view . But the bathroom had no soap or basics when we arrived, did not clean room next day .. we still enjoyed as hotel has good indoor water parks for kids .. definitely nicer and quieter beach !
