There is a lot to do for families which is great! The rooms definitely need a face lift. My room had water stains, and floor molding coming off with nails sticking out. The biggest turn off was my friend had multiple cockroaches in her room and I would see them all over the outside area of the pool, or building. Management made it seem like “no big deal- you’ll see them everywhere they’re native to the area.” Then they forgot to spray my friends room, and rushed her to move before 1pm when offering to switch rooms even though it was their error.

The property allowed us (5 kids) to experience the water park prior to check in. Check in is at 4 and you loose a whole day of vacation if you wait. So, allowing us to use the water park really was wonderful. The condo was clean and quiet. We had a blast.

We had the king suite and it was great. The only downside is they had a vacuum in the room but no broom which would’ve been really helpful with the sand tracked in. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and we had a great stay!

I did not like the uncleanness in kitchen area in room.so much dust under hood very visible.the bottom of stove red sauce stain an food left behind was very visible.plastic water bottle was left on top of armoire very visible.I wish they offer ice .The ice chest down stairs was empty.The checkin an unloading was complicated an disorganized. To congested.The pool areas was the best part very well maintained.

Property itself was a little dated as many are, but overall a great property. Staff were quick to fix any issues we had. Cleanliness of property was my only complaint. While the main living area and bathroom were clean and well kept, the kitchen area felt neglected and unusable with caked on dust in the vent fan, rust on the stove, not all burners working or fitted properly, just didn't feel safe to use.

We stayed for a family vacation, 2 adults and 3 children ( ages 9 months to 7 years old). Overall it was a great time! The room kind of didn’t look like the pictures and was out dated and the furniture was older and had a bad musky smell. The parking situation was a little wonky. You have to park across the street in the parking deck. When checking in or out I’d plan extra time because the entrance to unload and load gets chaotic. Especially on the weekends! Other than that everything else was pretty great! Definitely a place to bring children, they have so much for them. You have access to both of their towers and they both have water parks and pools and games for the kids. Then throughout the day they have different games and activities the kids can do some are free and some cost only a few dollars but nothing expensive! The breakfast buffet was really good! Food was good and a good variety too. Not too expensive either. Overall was a good time and experience for the kids!

It was an awesome location and very easy access to the beach. If the weather was inclement there was pools and slides indoor at both towers for the guests to use. Essential for families with kids.

Overall we had a great time! Friendly staff, water amenities were great along with the pool side bar. CONS: parking setup awful, not easily accessible - across the street. Check-in was chaotic (extremely busy, however staff still friendly!) WiFi was a little spotty.

The beach was nice. Other than that all I can say is I have stayed in other hotels that were nicer, cheaper, and gave the customers more. 10 out of 10 would not stay here again.
