I was talking about Travelocity that the hotel manager would reach out to me and they never did.!!!!!! I really need to speak with someone I was not given the accommodation of a room ! I booked through Travelocity and Travelocity tells me that I have to reach out to you guys for the refund ! My name is Deedra Coleman, I am recently married therefore, my debit card said Deedra Cardea , my maiden name ! My husband and I used to use Travelocity frequently, but after this, I'm not sure that we will be able to ! I was left five hours away from home trying to figure out where to stay after a long days work ! On Valentine's Day !!!!!! No one even asked me my email in order for the manager to be able to communicate with me and the lady at the front desk for gazebo and was not helpful at all in fact, she was rude ! This was not at all the good good experience , I recommend staying elsewhere !

Rude staff. Hotel in horrible condition. Flooring coming up. Dirty shower curtain. Not ocean front as advertised. Bugs on floor. Hallways full of dirt and trash. Could smell marijuana throughout hotel.

Hot tub had ut not been broke was almost big enough for 1 maybe 2 really small people. Pool and beach had alot of cats. Check in was 3 but had to wait til closer to 330 for room to be cleaned. Took at bath only for maintenance to knock and say I had to drain it due to leaking in floor below. Would have spent a little more and stayed somewhere else next time. Half of parking lot is under forever construction so only choice is park blocks away and walk

Great view from the beach front room. Friendly staff at check-in. Room clean, comfortable bed, nicely appointed. Outside building facade will throw you off as well as the indoor carpet but the room is surprisingly nice. Great value, nice pool and jacuzzi.

I rated a 3 only because the view is so beautiful, and that was the purpose of my trip!!! I got 2 Qn Oceanfront. The room was filthy! The neighborhood is sketchy at best. When we pulled up, there was a guy and a weird ski mask grunting at us. When he left, we went to check-in. The lady at the front desk was very nice. We were located on the top floor, and the breathtaking view blinded me. I ran straight to the bacolny. CONS: The wood floors were sticky and appeared to have buckled in several places. Maybe wood-flooring is not a great option for the beach. Also, all metal located in the room had excessive rust. The door leading to the balcony had an additional wood pc attached. From the other side, you can see where someone mustve kicked the door in as well as the ac unit, smh. While the laundry smelled clean, everything had stains, towels, wash cloths sheets, and pillow cases. The door to the balcony also didnt close all of the way. A chunk of the floor was missing. We did not find bed bugs, but I did see a roach on our last night. Also, the room, for some odd reason, had collected a few gnats on our last morning. The stoverange hood was dirty. PROS: THE VEIW!!! The apt sized fridge looked new. We went to Walmart and go 91% alcohol and sprayed down the beds just in case there were bed bugs. A generic swifter to clean the floors, disinfectant to clean all the surfaces. I pd $108 for 2nts. Other than the store, we did not leave the rm. Will try to add pics.

Blondie at the front desk (can't remember her name) & the view were lovely. The room & inn itself was another story and that story gives horror/mystery/trap house vibes. I don't know why this place has a 6+ rating because this was not an ideal place to stay minus the view, beach proximity and price but I got what I paid for I guess. I wouldn't stay here again unless someone paid me a lot of money to. Stay here at your own risk because phew! There's mold, destroyed and unrepaired doors caused by salt, thin walls, room was fairly unclean and not fully wiped down. I had to clean the bathroom and I don't go on vacation to clean up. The walls were not insulated enough because we heard our neighbors partying through the door oh and smelled their smoke even though there were no smoking signs everywhere. I killed a bug on my bed night 1 but it seemed to be the only one thank goodness. However we slept with the lights on both nights to feel comfortable. I knew driving up and seeing their "gazebo", signage and parking lot we were in for trouble. This place is needs a serious overhaul honestly!

Some of the most friendly staff i have ever met. Wonderful husband and wife. Unfortunately the hotel it run down. Damaged room, doors and Damaged shower. The real concerning part was the closet had a door in it that lead to another room. Thats a bit scary. Also the parking downstairs is a bit tight to get out of. Had to ground guide my brother out so hit didnt hit the pole and damage the rental. The room was clean but the damage in the room was very concerning. Once again, Wonderful staff. Hotel manager was a wonderful woman and husband was a joy to be around. Beautiful view of the beach.
