Are you running low on Vitamin “Sea”? We have just the right prescription for you! Relaxing, private, secure and all in one location – that’s Maisons Sur Mer! This is the best vacation spot in Myrtle Beach for a memorable Grand Strand getaway, conveniently situated between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach in the popular Shore Drive Area. Attractions within 2-10 miles include Restaurant Row, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, Tanger Outlets and Myrtle Beach Pavilion. Over 125 golf courses are available at Myrtle Beach including the highly rated golf courses at Barefoot Resort and The Dunes Beach and Golf Club.

Inside our unit – 2208, you will enjoy a living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 great balconies.

The 2 bedrooms are split for privacy and have walk in closets and adjacent bathrooms. The bedrooms have adjustable memory foam beds - a king in the master bedroom and two queens in the guest bedroom.

Unit 2208 has beach views from virtually every room. Enjoy breakfast on a spacious balcony while watching the sunrise over the sparkling Atlantic Ocean and feeling the ocean breeze. During the summer season, enjoy the soft sand beach from chairs and umbrellas set up each day on the beach for rental by the Myrtle Beach Park System. 6 beach chairs and an umbrella are available in the unit.

The Maisons complex offers a vast array of amenities including tennis courts, gas grills, oceanfront cocktail lounge, small bistro, Olympic-size swimming pool and a fitness area. Maisons Sur Mer also features 24-hour security on site.

3 large screen HD TVs - living room and each bedroom.

This unit is a Saturday -Saturday rental. Included for your convenience: departure cleaning, linens, Wi-Fi, cable, full size washer & dryer in the unit and 2 parking spaces on the second floor deck.

Maison is private residence building governed by a property owners association. Many owners live there year round. Thus, the amenities and the rules. Employees are employed by the property owners association. If you have questions, concerns, please send an inquiry through VRBO.

Guests are NOT permitted to bring pets, drones, motorcycles or trailers to the Maisons-sur-Mer property.

NO smoking of any kind is permitted in the condo or balconies. No pets.

We will report any damage to VRBO and the security deposit will be retained for any damage(s) or losses caused by you or your guests. A portion of the deposit may also be retained for cleaning that exceeds usual or customary norms.

We strive to keep our rates competitive and up to date. Rates posted on VRBO are for the current season/year. If you wish to book dates far in advance or for extended stays, please send an inquiry through VRBO for current rates.

Our condo is disinfected during the cleaning process. Extra attention is given to high touch areas/items. Guests are expected to follow current CDC guidelines and SC state regulations to prevent the spread of infection. Extra hand sanitation stations are in key areas. Signs are posted throughout the building regarding CDC guidelines.

In case of severe weather, Maisons follows the SC governmental weather advisories for evacuation. Guests may be required to leave in advance of major storms/hurricanes. Refunds are not offered for days that guests arrive late or leave early due to their own needs or acts of nature.

Gorgeous Condo!!

2208 is a beautifully decorated and extremely clean condo. We especially loved the super comfortable porch furniture & adjustable beds. The linens were all top notch and the kitchen was well stocked. I actually fell in love with the rainbow dishes & bowls. The owners have great taste! The view from the unit is breathtaking. The Gilly Girls & their cleaning staff are all terrific! They promptly responded to all our communications & requests. We will absolutely rent this condo again from them in the future! 😎

Perfect Beach Vacation

This was the best beach vacation we have had yet, and we've had a lot. This location is very family friendly. We had a 2 year old and a 5 year old with us. Having the 2 queen beds made their transition to a new place so much easier. They slept so well here. All the door have child locks on them, which was a huge relief for us with 2 little ones. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Very spacious unit to where we didn't feel cramped in. Both bedrooms have walk in closets. The showers were big enough that we could get in to use the removable shower head to bathe our kids and have plenty of room. They provided more than enough towels and washcloths for us. The balcony is amazing. We spent most of our down time on the main balcony on the couch. It was so relaxing. The pool area was a big hit with the kids. They loved the kiddie pool which is only 1ft deep. Neither pool was crowded any time we went. The pool side bar was amazing. They were reasonable prices and were very good drinks. On Sunday they had a cookout and the food was absolutely delicious. Even the kids loved the food. The beach was great. Never too crowded and kept very clean. We were able to catch mole crabs down by the water which thrilled the kids. Not a lot of shells which made it easy to walk around and easy for the kids to run around and play. We honestly have nothing negative to say about this location. We plan on booking again when returning to myrtle beach.

Perfect!

This unit was everything that was described and more! Beautifully decorated, household supplies, and everything you could ever need for the beach were provided (especially nice for people like us who fly in). We've stayed in units that had the bare minimum supplies provided- where we've had to run right out to the store and get toilet paper or hand soap. An ample supply of things like that were already provided. It's such a small thing, but it's so appreciated when you're a weary traveler who doesn't want to immediately run to the store. Staying at Maisons is never a bad decision- the security, the amenities, the location- but this unit was top notch and we'd be honored to stay there again! Thanks for helping us have another amazing trip to Myrtle!

Fantastic condo. Had a great time on all activities. Relax by the pool or beach. Dinner in or restaurants. Alligator Farm and Pirate Voyage is a must with kids. The owners were great too work with.

Just bring yourselves and your suitcase. All the other stuff you need for your stay is there for you/included. Lovely renovations and luxury touches throughout. Loved the location and views! We will be back.

Everything you need for a relaxing vacation!

The Gillie Girls provided the most beautiful and relaxing accommodations that we have experienced yet at Maisons! The condo was decorated beautifully and the decor was modern with a touch of coastal vibe. The master bedroom furniture was new and the mattress was so comfy and the master bathroom tile and glass shower felt like we were at a spa. The 2nd bedroom had queen size beds which was nice b/c other condos we’ve stayed in here usually have full size. We had everything we needed to cook meals and it was so nice to have a cooler, umbrella & beach chairs to use on the beach. The girls were excellent communicators & checked in before, during and after our stay. We will definitely rent from them again.
